It was COMPLETELY random I'm sure! hahaha.... for whatever reason, i just started thinking about this. rather than start a fresh post, i thought i would bump this one. there are so many insightful comments on this one already.

I have to say..... after walking outside for lunch.... I don't really miss Michigan that much. Miss the people??? Heck yeah!! Miss the cold and missery of the long ass winters?? Not a chance!! It's at least 80 degrees, blue skies, sunny, light winds here in DC. Ahhhhh...... tis the life!

My Mom came out of the house when I was about 6 years old, to find me about 30 feet up in a tree. She freaked out and almost called the fire department to get me down.

Hahaha.... at last year's convention, the packing mat outside the Hellfish tent turned into a giant slip n slide! It was great! During one of the big storms, they did their annual drive around with flashing lights, telling everyone they must evacuate to the hanger. (Like we ever listen!!) So we stayed at the tent, drinking heavily, while some of the boys played on the slip n slide in the rain! It rocked!

yes. in fact, i've gone through really bad periods of insomnia too, due to stress with work, relationships, etc. there are lots of things that you can do to try to relax your mind and body before you sleep. everything from yoga, to special teas, etc. but yeah, it's totally normal.
