My Dad turns 84 years young today. He's doing okay right now too. Just loads and loads of doctor appointments.

Started getting some coaching on my feet and it is sloooooowly paying off!! Been on my feet for more than 1/2 my dives so far this season. Headup flying ROCKS! Faced this fact with some coaches the last couple of weekends. My exits are getting MUCH better!! I'm not staring at people's chests or driving in anymore.

Yeah. I made the same note at the end of that program. I lost my hook knife a while back and have stupidly been jumping without. Gonna change that one before getting in the air again.
