  1. No, unfortunately I will not be able to make it. I love the dz. I have only been there twice but I loved it. I hope make it back there sometime. "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"
  2. Thank you. I am not 100% sure yet. They offer 2 programs that I really like. I am thinking I will start with the Holistic Healthcare program and then maybe the other one. But that may change by the time I start. "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"
  3. Then do it! Otherwise you will regret it later. I am sure you will find plenty of people that will tell you not to do it and why you shouldn't do it. (trust me I know this from experience) But they are not you and you need to do what you need to do. You can pretty much find a job anywhere (especially if you stay near a city) and you can find a place to live anywhere. I picked my apartment without looking at it before the day I moved in. If you want advice on finding a decent apartment let me know, I know of a 2 websites that I used to find out about different apartments. They tell you a lot more than the ones that help you find available ones. These sites rate the apartments on about 5 categories, and it is done by people that either live there or have lived there. Besides the worst that can happen is you don't like where you move to and you either move back or try somewhere else to go. The experiences you have are worth it. 5. I just moved to Phoenix about 2 months ago. It was scary but fun at the same time. So far it is working out pretty good. It was a little ocky at first, but I survived. Plus, I moved to ATL about 7 1/2 years ago by myself. And I survived that too. I decided to move here because there is a school that I really want to go to. Plus I was feeling stagnant at the time so I figured I would change things up a little. Try something new and different. There is a ton of outdoors stuff to do here. You have the desert and the mountains within reasonable drive. The only thing that is not close is the beach, that is about a 4- hour drive away. If you want someone to talk to about moving on your own contact me and ask anything you would like. Chiquita "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"
  6. I know Emerald Coast does beach jumps but I am not sure how often. I believe they are doing them for Memorial Day, but they may do them on a regular basis too. Chiquita "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"

  14. All you have to do is take them to the mountains for the first half of the week and stop by Dublin on your way back. Saturday through Thursday going hiking and Thursday through Sunday go to Dublin. Depending on their age, last year there was quite a few kids in their early to mid teens. So they should have some one to talk to. Chiquita "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"
  15. Does anyone know who is going down on Wednesday? I need to find a ride from Hartsfield to Dublin. I come in on a flight at 12:00 on the 16th, so if someone can pick me up on the way I would really appreciate it
  16. Thank you. I am hoping to make it out there in the next weekend or two. I don't have my rig though, left it in GA to get repacked and will pick it up at the Dublin boogie. Chiquita "Ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity"
  17. Just wanted to let you guys know that I made it to Phoenix in one piece and without any problems. I actually got here yesterday, but I just got internet today. It took us about 2 1/2 days to get here and we didn't get to see New Orleans (my dad was worried that we wouldn't make it. But anyway the drive wasn't too bad. The weather is beautiful. My apartment is pretty nice with a nice community. The area seems nice, I have about everything I need in a 1 mile radius. I have several pictures that I took along the way and will post them as soon as I get a chance. I think most are going to be blurred though, as we were driving past most of it. So now I just have to get a few things and find my way around here and I will be good to go. I will see you all in Dublin
