    I know this suggestion is WAY out there but, I haven't heard you say anything like "after I read all the directions" I still couldn't make it work. Maybe assuming it is a toy, reading the full directions is not part of the procedure... Life is short ... jump often.

    Using the no witness knowledge, who's to say "this" didn't happen. Older guy up the hill from the younger guy. Older guy doing nice "S" turns basically downhill thinking, wow I could dust that kid just for fun ( cause I'm a dick head ). Gets closer and closer to the cut off point and chokes at the crossing not leave any space. Kid runs over his skis ( or small collision ) but he is now the downhill skier....must be the kids fault. No one there to say otherwise.... Life is short ... jump often.

    Your English spelling and grammer are better than most on this site (USA teaching system sucks). Of the two DZ's, my gut says go to the smaller DZ. Mostly because of the mis-leading ad from the first DZ. Go visit them at least, look at the equipment and aircraft. You can tell if either are old and wore-out. Just check out the vibe.     I'm not the most educated around, but I have tried to un-tie a Surgeon's Knot or two........good luck getting it apart if you've tied it correctly. If you tied your shoes with one, well.............. Life is short ... jump often.

    Anyone who carries a real or fake pistol in plain sight better be ready to be shot by Police or in the USA.....shot by any gang member who feels like letting a round off. You might not die, but then again you might. Is it worth it ? Just to show off in front of your friends ( which this guy was doing in my opinion ).
