    Really? Why is that? Because no skydiver base jumps? If your base jump anables you to reach terminal velocity, it has alot in common. Base canopies can be used for skydiving. To the OP. Dont rush into base. One good way to aproach it is to ask around and do some ground crew with some locals if you can.
