I don't wanna say cause I don't want to jynx myself... but I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at the highest setting yesterday and my quads are already looking nice and curvy. Wow! You must have really selective reading. Did you miss the posts where everyone pitched in to help Ann when she needed it most? Have you missed all the posts where everyone has been cheering me on through my small achievements in my healing process? Or how when gale got discouraged after her recent injury there was nothing but support and encouragement for her? I think you should click on more that just the hot topics before you pass judgement. For me recovering from an injury alone - it is my family here that really cheered me on and made me smile each and every day. Thanks guys! walking dove
