    I did a tandem back in May last year and started my AFF last week. It was the tandem that made me want to do AFF and its the best choice i ever made. What an awesome sport :D Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    I love my instructors... hey i passed the first 3 no problem. that door is scary but the moment im out of it is heaven. Cant beleive i flared at 30 feet tho... it was jump 1 but even so it was stupid.... my lef is still sore but i hit hard and it could have been a whole lot worse, lucky i guess thanks for the advice :D Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    Congrats on a safe cutaway... I completed AFF 1,2and 3 yesterday and had line twists on 3rd but kicked them out easy enough Blues Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    Yeah I had a video guy jump with us on 1 and 3... Plus the affi's both videoed it. Flared at 30foot on jump 1, heavy heavy landing - wont do that again, spot on for 2 and 3 but had line twists on jump 3 but kicked um out Is it normal to brick it at the door? Once out I LOVE it, under canopy I LOVE it.... But when the engines cut back and the door opens I'm filled with terror. Once I push off and level out and smiling all the way down!! I'm hoping to go back this afternoon to get a few more in :D Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    FINALLY the weather looks like its gonna play ball for this weekend. I did my ground school at start of May and aint jumped once. So.. what do ya think... AFF in a weekend!!! LOL - I wish Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    That said I think the BASE/Wingsuit stuff is worth the admission fee alone... i thought the film as a whole was pretty shocking LOL A hot girl and fancy effects cant mask michael bay LOL Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    Hey guys, Just got back from a preview screening of new Transformers movie. As you will all know they have a long wingsuit section & canopy flight. Just wanted to say if your gonna see this film check it out in IMAX 3D - it was stunning and the wingsuiting was out of this world!! it felt like you were flying with them :D I think its some of the best real jumping ive seen in a movie!! check out the link below for making of wingsuit section http://youtu.be/6VRNQc_JLdI Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    awesome mate, nice one!! I did my ground school in UK 8 weeks ago but its been weathered out every weekend since apart from my hols when it was lovely (bloody typical) Weather for this weekend looks perfect with little cloud and calm winds forcast... i cant wait and your experience has got me even more excite. Nice one man and blue skies Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    I did my AFF ground school 3 weeks ago but sadly the weather has been too poor in UK to do my first jump. After i had practiced my exits on the actual plane I started to get a little paniced over the exit and would i be able to do it. I have read Brians book 3 times and got it out and reread it follwing this panic. I then sent Brian an email thanking him and advised that it really help me get a clear head. He replied with the following words "Look in the direction of the best case scenario and never look back. Relax, Focus, and Live!" words to live by right there, and they will be with me when i make my first jump (hopefully next weekend if the weather behaves). Good luck mate, you should be really proud of what u have achived so far and the adventures to come. Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    Did ground school last saturday but due to windy/wet weather was unable to jump, same on the Sunday!! Due back at the DZ on sat morning to try and get my level one in. If the weather is nice I will try and jump all day saturday and sunday... I'm so glad to have got ground school done and dusted. I now have a much better idea about the equipment, em proc, mals, etc. *crosses fingers and prays to the weather gods* Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    im same as you mate, did my ground school on saturday in UK and passed no problem but wind and rain meant no jump... im back on saturday for round 2 :D good luck mate Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!

    I think I may have mentioned this before, but, I almost had a date once.

    did my 6 minutes tunnel time last night, by the end of it I was fairly stable and could do some turns using my hands. For the first 3 minutes I had my arms too low and my hands infront of my face rather than higher up and out. As such I was bouncing round all over the place and it was not fun. Once the coach told me to hold my hands higher above my head and straighten my legs a bit things felt better. I also think I was arching more from my chest rather than my waist... things to work on!!! I think that because the tunnel is such a confined space (compared to a jump) then you are VERY aware of mistakes and loss of position. I think this is a good thing but also dents the confidence a little. Roll on the 7th and my first jump :D Everyone dies.... not everyone lives!!
