In the military, and intell communities that is called "need to know". As long as the ultimate goal remains to keep US safe, and kill enemies of the US, then I say have at it. The US sure as hell can't depend on any other nation to carry the ball. I can't for the life of me recall the movie but a young officer tells an Intel Chief that he was 'on a need to know basis!' the Chief responded with; "You don't need to know SHIT!" Chuck EXACTLY RIGHT....! 99% of people couldn't understand G2 reports if they fell from the sky, landed on their faces and started to wiggle.

Democrat or Republican? Voters say, Fuck both parties
BoogeyMan replied to SpeedRacer's topic in Speakers Corner
Yeah but as it stands....wht +'s do the republicans have thus far? You have Bush 3.0 You have Healthcare-but wasn't me You have married 3 times and strange You have I'm a woman with crazy eyes And you had that Pizza guy? Look Obama may have the leadership qualities of a three legged one eyed dog....and the boy can't lead shit....but the republicans are not looking good now either with their love of wall street and saying really dumb shit such as "The poor do not know how to work." Ah ok! Give me a third party to really turn things around! In the world of politics, sometimes, sadly, you have to vote against one candidate. Not so much as for the other. BHO is a disaster as POTUS. We have a senate that has yet to pass a budget for the last two years. A leader is needed. That leader might not be a saint, or a universally acclaimed all around great guy, but he's got to be better than 4 more years of BHO. -
Speed is right...... Wives and divorces don't account for dung. Secondary diversions. Politics is about power. Who can get it for us; how do we fit in and at what level; how do we keep it. The inner sanctums of both parties are indistinguishable.

http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/02091/sailorKiss_2091645b.jpg Yeah I am turned on thus I think this is a great idea! Ladies time for a Shah sandwich? Funny Shah fact...Lesbians like Shah...I have no idea why! I mean I'm am a self centered shallow bastard who has a slight vagina addiction but from all of my experiences, lesbians love the Shah and as such...I in my liberal nudist bhudist ways am OK with this! Interesting..... Me too. In my younger unmarried days, I dated several lesbians. Guess what.! They really weren't lesbian after all. I wonder... what the sentiment here would be if that was a picture of two men kissing? Chuck Good question.

Instead of the usual Dem tactic of having ACORN canvass the cemeteries and kindergartens? " After I die, I want to be buried in Chicago so that I may remain politically active." Jack Valenti

Accurate. I'm not in Newt's camp. When it gets to the nut cutting, how the Repub candidate fares, one on one, with Obama will be the determining factor for voters. Who sounds best, looks best and can out wit the other. BHO is the sitting Prez. As such he has his leadership, and other baggage to defend. Without his teleprompters BHO stumbles badly.

Is there a connection between Islam, Judaism and Christianity
BoogeyMan replied to BIGUN's topic in Speakers Corner
Intentional exaggeration for comedic effect. Not to be used for time travel navigation. The seminar on time travel will be held two weeks ago. -
You think international politics is that simple? Dude. Seriously Fixed it for you. And what we do with them is up to us. And there are laws about torturing them, and to stop us from working arounf those laws there are laws about giving them to people who will torture them. And if you could point to the bit of the Geneva Convention that overrides those laws I would be everso grateful
-
And I do. You mentioned Diplomatic Immunity, SOFA, the GC and International Conventions on Air Travel by Military Forces under NATO and / or with United Nations sanctions. From that I interpret that you know fuck all and are attempting to baffle with bullshit. Which would tie in with the cattle farming. Sorry, your barnyard prattle eludes me. Dartmoor animals are basically semi wild, minimum of farmyards required. If we can tear you away from your cow fixation for a moment though, I'd love to hear how the Geneva Convention makes it ok to fly people to Egypt to be tortured, using the airbases of countries that have laws against flying people to Egypt (or anywhere, really) to be tortured. I must have missed that paragraph. Firstly, you said that the US violated the laws of allied nations. Since none have filed a case against the US, you must be the bullshitter. What another sovereign nation does, or does not do to terrorists is indeed up to the individual nation. The US delivers an Egyptian citizen to Egypt. Saudi's to Saudia Arabia. So what? Go cry to the Saudi's. Better yet, go there in person and pitch your bitch. See what that gets you.

HAH......!! Perhaps you should re-read the many posts of so many folks simply asking you questions about your posts, and never get a response. You deflect or dissemble to unrelated gibberish, usually. BTW.... Is there an error on your profile? Thailand, or is it Moscow, Bejing, or Pyongyang? There is a question, as you seem blind to the Syrians killing thousands in the streets, yet post nothing, while focusing endlessly on the USA. You're better than that, aren't you? Sure you are.
-
What for? You rarely have anything to contribute about your own postings. I was commenting on your contributions to the welfare of the world. Who knows, with your universal grasp of EVERYTHING perhaps the Mossad may offer you a position. And scholars have argued about whether Aristotle or Socrates was the greatest universal genius. The idlers.

US 'special rendition' isn't inside knowledge. Nothing in wikileaks is inside knowledge anymore. It was in wikileaks (Although DD is slightly off base - we knew about rendition flights already - because of Manning we know that the US used allies' airbases for their rendition flights, sometimes in violation of those allies' laws, without telling those allies.) There's a thread about that? Dartmoor cows are awesome, although it can be slightly scary when they're in the middle of the road and you're going past at 50mph on a bike. One wrong turn of their heads and it's cyclist kebab. Please expand on the US violations of Allies laws and any filings to the World Court or NATO or the UN by any government of such violations. You are, of course, aware of the intricacy of Diplomatic Immunity, the Status of Forces Agreement, The Geneva Convention, International Conventions on Air Travel by Military Forces under NATO and / or with United Nations sanctions and so forth, some dating back to the end of WW2. Naturally. You also are a cattle rancher in Dartmoor swamp? Amazing. DD has never answered any Qs about his Vaquero days back in Dartmoor.
-
Quoteand because of manning we know that the us military routinely handed over suspects for torture... Golly.......! It be a revelation here on DZ.com how DD has access to all of the inside knowledge he has. Economics, Politics, Military law, Quantum physics, Astro-biology, even insight into the most secretive terrorist organizations that MI-5 and the CIA have been trying to crack for years. DD even has the straight G2 on gun camera footage, released by the US military. By gum,...... those civilians carrying RPGs and AK47's reeeaaaaaly are...uhhhh.... Weelll, we''ll just get the spin from DD. They can't fool DD. Not to EVEN mention cattle ranching in Dartmoor swamp. Amazing. And, by gawd, DD is always right, too. Amazing, fuggin' amazing....! We can only hope that the Nobel awards committee is watching and on board.

If such a vid exists, then you should forward it to the US government's Federal Bureau of Investigation, or The US military for investigation and further action as provided for in the US Military's UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE.. Would you happen to have any vids of the Taliban or al Qaeda detonating bombs in crowded market places, or summarily executing, by knife or AK, bound and helpless civilian kidnap-ees? Better, do you have any vids of Al Qaeda in Iraq torturing civilians who are Iraqi government employees? The vids of the victims being tortured with an electric drill bit through the knee caps, shin bones and other random body parts? That's a particularly graphic vid. Please do respond with other than the generic cut & paste Anarchist, and Communist Party standard gibberish. But, back to Manning......... ( ?????)

Prism Break: Seeing Beyond the Shadows on the Walls Around Us
BoogeyMan replied to dreamdancer's topic in Speakers Corner
http://www.commondreams.org/view/2011/12/22 So, is this article an attempt to take the macro or micro view of OWS? As a macro view, the article seems to be inferring that OWS is a fraud. If in a micro view, then OWS is a self deluding entity that will erode and disintegrate. Pontification ( big word usage) without purpose is usually decried as elitist self promotion, even in academia. -
RP is on record as saying that his solution to Iran acquiring nuclear weapons would be to "make friends with them." Again, I don't care to convince anyone. I know what I hear RP say, and it has convinced me that he's not electable, or after the recent debate, even in touch. That RP voted in favor of the Afghan attack after 9/11 says very little. If memory serves, only Dennis Kucinich out of the entire Senate and House voted against the attack. So what? America needs a leader. RP was not in the vanguard of the Kongress on Afghanistan. Nor was he very vocal either way. The Iraq war was made longer and more costly by the Bush administrations mishandling, and by the Iranians. For the last few years the Allies in Iraq have been fighting surrogates funded, armed and guided by the Iranians. The recent unexplained explosions at Iranian ammo dumps, nuclear facilities, rocket fuel plants tell us that the war is already in progress. So far, the only two I see as being anything near being a statesman are Romney, and Gingrich. Either would drop Obama. ______________________________________________ You are dead wrong ... Newt or Romney cannot win without the Ron Paul supporters and they will not switch from him...Newt and Romney are corrupt and owned by the bankers...statesman my ass. Ron Paul is bringing in new GOP blood from Democrats and independents who want a chance for peace...How can Obama beat Ron Paul ? He can't, the numbers don't lie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhxJ1XUGLR0 I hope you are not calling Ron Paul's hysterical high pitched screeching at the last debate statesmanship? That's a dandy crystal ball you have there. We shall see in the election who does what. For my part, I dropped out of politics many years ago. I'm actively working against Ron Paul now. I am convinced that he's a danger to our country. Thanks for getting my spirit pumped up. Being retired and still young gives one the time to get back in the circuit with old friends in the power structure.

He's a bit of a nut on the details, but he has the principles needed for the future. We may have to go with a nut, eventually, in order to break the continuing same old same old. The biggest problem is that very few people, and it appears none of our leaders, are willing to recognize that the world has changed so significantly that the same old shit simply will not play. There was a serious attempt back in the mid to late 90's to address the approaching trainwreck with Social Security and welfare in general. The commission reported back that, despite the inevitability of said trainwreck, they could come up with no viable solutions that would be palatable to the US public, and certainly none that any candidate could embrace and still get elected. So there it is. Our candidates pander to us to get elected, then get into office and find they have been given an impossible task. It is going to take somebody REALLY outside the box to get things rolling, and the public is either going to have to suck it up and play their part, or enjoy the trainwreck. It's like a Greek tragedy; there is so much wrong, but nobody wants to change (or sees their role in the problem), so the inevitability of the wreck starts to become acceptable. I saw the vid. The US is not on the planet alone. Today, not 50 or 60 years ago in a vastly different world, there were no credible threats against the US in the form of religious fundamentalists, who regularly conduct suicide bombings in crowded markets as a matter of policy. The poor policies of the past have made the US interdependent on the worldwide economy. There is no running away from that fact. For RP to espouse a policy of nonintervention against forces who have declared war on the US is dangerous. For RP to promote the US minding it's own business considering that the world is at war with international terrorists is too stupid to comment on. Burying our heads in the sand, in the manner of Slick Willie Clinton brought about the 9/11 attack. A great many folks see what is wrong. This country needs a strong leader to turn the country to a new direction. Obama, and Ron Paul are not that leader. Actually listen to what Paul says. Generalizations with out any plan. Pie in the sky sugary platitudes from the 1960's. One week ago I was ambivalent about all the Repub candidates. Today, I am as solidly against Ron Paul as I am against Obama.

Exactly - which is why debating whether Manning did a valuable public service, or committed a heinous criminal act, addresses the issue, while vilifying him as a sissy-boy faggot does not. I'm not in any debate about Manning. I'm about the judgment of Ron Paul, a candidate running for POTUS. Which, the more I look, the worse it seems to get. Perhaps you should address your other concerns to the Canadian Free Press.
