Hi folks!
After years of dreaming about sky diving, i've finally booked my first tandam jump (a week and a half from now!)
My brother in law and I are seriously looking at doing the AFF course simply because it's something we'd like to say we've at least done...
One of the things I'd never considered was skydiving as a career.
Is Australia really big enough to need my services, should I take my diving up as a serious venture? Or am I better of looking at it as something that I'll be doing as a casual sport?
The more I think about it, the more I realise that the area I live in has the ideal jump weather, plenty of open areas that could be DZ's and several smaller air fields (not that our commercial airfield is all that big!) that could be used as a base.
I've got so many questions running through my head, I just don't know where to begin!
So I guess I want to hear more about how people got started in professional skydiving and how might be the best way for me to do so in 2010!
Cheers in advance for your help!
Zach
