YES! that was Awesome, It would be soo cool to have music in all the planes. I jump at a little DZ in Michigan that has a radio playing "hits of the 80's and 90's in the packing area non stop. If that were the case in my situation, I would have gotten it a long time ago! You will learn more from jumping with other people about your fall rate than doing solo's in style with a new jump suit. Hmm, I live by a different set of rules than most from reading this thread. I'm not from a uspa dz so I don't worry about that license stuff. I visit boogies. But they only require you to be A or B qualified(ie. WFFC). I have over 100 jumps now and only see the license as a technicality. I'm going to try to just get my c or d when the time is right- instead of paying processing fees each time I want to upgrade. But then again I jump at a self regulated -non uspa DZ. Hey Asshole! I did a magic carpet ride and a jump with an infaltable gator with named "ali" with Johnny and the muffs. What a hoot! Those jumps get pretty wild though, You can never be sure of what's going to happen when you throw twelve people with death grips on eachother from the back of a cassa and then tell them that "if everything goes well then we'll get togather for a round after we break off" On the Magic carpet ride I was on we had people everywhere after it exploded skydivers---- comming from all directions at 3000 ft still. The smart ones were tracking away and the idiots were still tyring to get in on a round. The carpet was pretty cool though I watched some guys shoe fly off while we were on our backs.
