From the get go this was an illegal strike which started a week before this incident. Before this shooting occurred 8 strikers were killed as well as 2 police officers.

    True Switzerland is expensive but maybe move there doing another job. I did some work in finance and all my lunches, city passes and 1/2 price tickets where paid for in addition to my salary. The swiss' quality of life is also one of the highest in the world. I was living in Geneve and language skills is a must there.

    I agree with the Switzerland, I worked there in 2007 (not in skydiving) - awesome country although you will need to brush up on the language skills and some swiss people do come off as not the most friendliest people in the world.

    I think if prostitution is legal that it would: 1)Reduce human trafficking provided proper legislation is in place. I don't however say that it will totally eliminate it. 2) Increase the tax base 3) These people will be entitled to social benefits (I don't know about the US but in the RSA they are not) 4) I also think the prostitutes will be more likely to report cases of abuse
