Those areas are not my strongest areas really. For cardio, I run like a mother fucker. I for most of the year I use a treadmill and during the summer I use the track at the high school close by. But I usually start with the treadmill at a pretty high incline and walk at a fast pace for about 10-15 min to get my heart rate and body warmed up. Then up the speed and start lowering the incline every couple of minutes until the incline is on zero. But that is what works for me. Well if strength is your goal, u need to really start hitting them weights pretty hard. More weight and less reps. Protein, multi-vitamins, maybe some creatine....Some people like and some dislike. You can also get yourself a pre-workout (nitric-oxide) and a post workout (something with a lot of amino acids, glutamine). Or you can go the prohoromone direction. But that stuff is a little intense and u have to cycle it. Back to u Speedracer~I predict that Michael Jackson will rise from the dead. Well they definately dont hurt the process. I have been through so many different types. You name it, I have prob tried it.......except for anything illegal. It just all depends on your goal. Working out does suck. Been doing it straight for about 5 years now. What exactly is a SWAT medic? Trumbone theyre re-instagating a SWAT team for pensacola, and they need paramedics for medical support, since its easier for us to learn SWAT tactics, than it is for the cops to learn to be a paramedic, lol, so im told. so they are gonna have tryouts for the spots. gotta pas a shitload of physical tests. lol back to you sky That sounds pretty cool. I have guys on SWAT teams and hearing about the physical training part of it.......friggin nutz!!!
