    As Andy mentioned, we got a new scale, so our weights are a bit off. We still have our old scale, so we can still track loss/gain from last week. So...     Hi Renee! Who knew that we were such loose women?! Take it easy on that shoulder--don't push it too early. Make sure you're super strong before you start any strenuous activities again. Since you didn't have the extensive labral damage that I did, you'll probably have a faster recovery period.     It doesn't categorically exclude potatoes and rice. It recommends sweet potatoes and brown rice over white potatoes and white rice. You can have the occasional white potato and cup of white rice if you really want, but you just have to be aware of how it affects your overall diet.
