You guys can say whatever you want about it not mattering or just being a football game. I've been to 4 Tech AM games.....and I can tell you for a fact that it does matter to you guys. You should hear the trash you guys talk (esp. for those fleeting moments while you are winning). Every game I've been to tech has been the underdog. You guys show up expecting to kick some butt on someone elses turff and lose. You lost this year in lubbock, you lost last year in C.S., you lost the year before that in lubbock, Won the year before in CS. and lost the year before that in Lubbock (the first time the goals came down). Blow it off all you want. but everybody knows that the aggies are supposed to be the hot shit in tx. football, and the low life red raiders are supposed to be on the bottom of the stack. That's the way it's always been. Act like it doesnt' matter.... I was there, and I"ve been there for years and I can tell you for a fact that it matters and the aggies do care. I have several Aggie friends (grew up in TX, how can I not). And I'll still stand by my statement that aggies look down on everyone else and think they are hot shit. You guys don't see us as rivals, and that is ok by me (UT doesn't see you as a Rival...that would be OU but that doesn't stop you guys from going nuts over the game..bonfire and all of the other taditions that go along with it), but you still see us as the thorn in your side. And when you come to my stadium expecting to kick my low life ass....and have your handed to you.....that's worth more than a rivalry is worth to me. HEHE... how long have you lived in TX.... are you an aggie transfer? there is no such thing as JUST a football game, not even in a teenagers back yard! Z

Just read that they gave up more points in that game than they ever have in their history....and that was with our 2nd and 3rd string going in at the end of the 3rd Q. Could have been 62-28 if we would have gone for the field goal instad of letting the clock run out. Ah....nice Z

I said before that they claim it doesn't matter ( the game that is) but they only do that once they know they are done for. This year it was really weird to see (and hear) the student section shut up close to the end of the 3rd Quarter. Usually, when the yell leaders do their little dances all the aggies are %110 with their yells, hissses, whooops and what not, but this year was the first time I saw them actually start to slack way off. I saw a guy with a "Tortilla Tech" shirt (back said MMMMMM...tastes like Chicken" actuall take it off when a red raider offered him 10 buck for it. Think he got sick of us asking how he liked our chicken now.... In the 4th quarter you heard the comment go from (just wait...game aint over yet....etc) to (we do know why you guys care so much....just a stupid game.. doesn't really matter....). So I guess that makes sense. Hurts less to lose to the "classless Clowns" if you go 3rd grade on um' and act like it doesn't matter. Z

Yea, I know the feeling. Kinda like the Horns only have 1 real rival..... that little school in Norman. You guys don't ever have to say that we are a rival, or say that you are going to win. The fact is that it KILLS you guys that you can't seem to beat us. AM has always been rated better than Tech, the Aggies think they are gods gift to university, then they show up to the game (that they all claim means nothing) by the thousands...make a ton of noise, rude comments, and generally look down their noses at us..... and we kick your ass....over and over again. THAT is why the goals came down the last two times we stomped aggie skull in Lubbock. :) Z

Naw. no problem. Remember that most of the real nasty stuff last time(the camera bashing etc.) turned out to be aggies. Wasn't last year, was 2 years ago. But we beat you last you too (in C.S. no less). They dont like us to rush the field anymore. Hard to get Fed Ex to deliver new goal posts in a week, and Aggies big wigs like to sue when their own students beat them up. Z

I Love Cali...I really do...but there are some major Left wing nutts out there....and you know what, I think this whole thing is going to be funny. Let the far left run your state into the ground.....and I think the state will get whatever it diserves, be it an actor, or another liberal....or someone who will fix things. But the idea that the state that is so left wing finally got fed up with how badly the Liberals fucked up their world that there is a real chance that a Republican actor who is known around the world for "I'll be back" , " you boots, your jacket, and your motercycle.... I just won a new tap handle on E-bay (see attached). Anheuser-Busch....that way I can have all sorts of US beer in there and not have any false advertising. I looked for some hint of a "great" beer from OZ, figured I could really piss some folks off if I was pouring Bud Lite out of an tap handle from OZ, but I can't seem to find any good beer from down under. oh well. guess that just means i have to drink more beer in my quest. Z

Right now I have bud light. It's low cost, easy to get and most people don't mind it. I want to get some Shiner or New Castle in there, but I have to do some Jedi tircks to get it in the 1/4 barrell keg (come stock in 1/2 kegs only). For now I'm happy having Bud as my house beer....mgiht change soon.

I made it myself (not that it took any real skill or anything). The kit (tower, coupler, hoses, CO2 tank etc.) cost about $250 bucks to my door. I found a deal on the refridge at Sears ($130). Mine is for a 1/4 keg (half the size of a full keg (called 1/2 keg) but sitll holds 7.5 gallons of beer or 3.5 cases). The CO2 is in a bottle that you have filled with pure C02, so no oxygen gets into the system. They say that as long as you keep it cold, under pressure and oxygen free that it will last at least 4 months. You can get kits for less money if u use a full size fridge that doesn't need a tower (tap comes out of the door, not through the top). For fresh beer on tap at will.... I think it's more than worth it!! I can get u more info if you want it about how to make one. Z

I really don't know how I lived with out this. Pull the tap....fresh, cold.... lasts for months (or part of a night if the right group of people are aound). CO2 Push, no pumping or going flat (or skunking)..... Everyone needs one of these. I can die a complete man now. blue ones Z

Skydive Texas is no longer in operation. Dallas and G-berry are the 2 choices at the moment for the dallas area. oh yea, the death of the porter (crash number 2) was not durring skydiving operations. skies Z
