gotcha. ive been doing alot on the elliptical thing with some good resistance. do that about 3-5x a week. stupid cardio. bee doing alot of pushups as well since that is a big part of the test. fucked up my right shoulder pushing myself to hard the other day its all knotted, so im letting it rest for a few days, then ill go back to the shoulder/ bi/tri stuff. skycame. no. should i? im kinda new to the OFFICIAL working out thing. i used to lift off and on. but nothing serious. now im jsut doing a lot of cardio, with alot of random weights thrown in, depending on what isnt sore that day, lol.

Working out does suck. Been doing it straight for about 5 years now. What exactly is a SWAT medic? video or it didnt happen My particular DZ doesnt allow any use of footage taken by staff to be used in any way other than to be given to the customer - fireable offense! Even sports jump footage cannot be used. It's BS. I almost lost my job for uploading footage of my first mal. I have a photo of my N3 displaying the speed (@ 12k) after the jump that I can upload - but that doesnt prove I was on my belly at the time of the recorded speed. I know I did it, wouldn't post it otherwise. well thats a simple solution. ill give you a dollar for said video, thus making me a CUSTOMER, and ILL upload ur video for you

I've noticed that Macy's often has this little lounge area with a comfy bench and TVs outside the women's dressing rooms. Yep. Macy's always had the best baby-changing rooms, too. More like lounges; and I mean all the accessories.
