didnt get to make it, poor this week and the rig i've been borrowing was in use, but we hung out drank after the beer light and admired the plethora of fully automatic paint ball guns that appeared on the DZ...scary things will soon be afoot and awing maybe thats it! we bring paint ball guns, argue till we start shooting then the unmarked declares victory then we start on the next topic

i dont think we need a "Men's forum" but i wouldnt mind another place where we could post less 'popular' topics that people are still interested in.. the problem with Talk back is if your subject isnt very 'mainstream' or of interest to everyone it is quickly lost in the flood, before the others who might also be interested in it ever get a chance to read it.. i dont know about everyone, but if i've been away for a while i dont go back 10+ pages to catch up on every single thread, and so miss some otherwise interesting discussions, unless i'm fortunate enough to have someone 'bump' them.. of course we also dont need 30 forums for every subject, so i'm not sure if there is a better solution than the place we have now...it just means less popular topics dont live long... ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

there is a different code for BASE jumpers, even in fatalities. everyone involved should know what the plan is and sticks too it...its a different mindset than most 'normal' people have.. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

I'll add my apology to sinker's. I think its pretty clear where we each stand on the issue, and despite the tone and rhetoric, nothing in the discussion should have been taken personally. I believe we are both just opinionated bastages who share a joy in debate on opposing sides of a very emotionally charged issue, it wasnt the first time we've gone round about controversial issues, nor do i expect it to be the last. we did however overstay our welcome and not acknowledge the voices quieter than our own bellowing. again, sincere apologies for letting my passions (and glee in arguing) over take my courtesy.
