Speaking of NASA. I just realized we are coming up on the 40 year anniversary of our first moon landing. They launched on July 16, 1969 and landed on the 20th.

She's cool as hell. I was an extra in a few scenes from Final Destination 4 with her. The scene was an explosion in a movie theater. The first pic is of her and my buddy. (she's wearing a wig) The second is the rest of the gored up extras. I'm in the middle.

Drink at least a whole bottle of water right before you go to bed. Keep another bottle to chug on when you wake up in the middle of the night when you wake up with cottonmouth. In the morning, drink a bloody mary and eat some eggs n bacon n toast. Good to go.

Looks like I'll be seeing you around at Gold Coast. Nawlins skydive has had problems the last 4 weekends! First the pilot couldn't come out, so we rescheduled. The next weekend, the runway was closed without the DZ (or me) knowing. Last weekend, the plane had mechanical problems! Aghh, I havent jumped in over a month!

Unlike a balloon jump, you would be traveling at 17000 mph. You would stay in orbit.

I am interested in this plane too, model Centurion II (no wing strut). So if anyone has any experience jumping from a non-strutted cessna 210 or DZO having it as a jump/tandem plane (custom steps, handles, door setup etc...) I would be very glad to hear it. If you have some photos of it to upload, that would be even more great. Thanks This is what we jump out of at our DZ. The only thing they've done is remove the door. There are two seats in the back, one in the middle, and one for the pilot. It can take 4 jumpers.

If this really happened to you, I'm sorry you had to go through that. On the other hand, you should be more worried about learning from their mistakes than coming here and talking about the odds of that happening to you. I could give a rat's ass about that. These people died. Then again, it may not have happened. In which case I would have to say I don't know. I don't feel like pulling out the old statistics notes. (Hated that class.)
