Long story short, I took a quick nap at work today because I was feeling tired. This nap maybe lasted 30 minutes. But I had the strangest dream! I dreamt that I was at work and that I was tired. I was searching for a place to take a nap. Then I saw my boss, and as I tried to talk to him I felt groggy and sleepy like I couldnt keep my eyes open... Then I woke up! And I felt more tired than I was before I took the quick nap! This is the second time that I have been "tired" in a dream. The time before this I took a quick nap at work and had a dream that was very similar. Same feelings and everything. Im not the smartest guy in the world, nor a psychologist. Im trying to google it and see if it means anything. I know its debatable between people if dreams mean anything. So, who knows. Ideas/thoughts? "In this game you can't predict the future. Here is an exceprt from the tour "Take this tour and you'll soon understand why Paris is known as the "City of Light". You'll cruise along the Seine River and see the illuminated buildings and bridges of Paris, then tour tree-lined boulevards flanked by animated cafes. You'll see the famous sights of Paris on your nocturnal tour by coach, including Place de la Concorde Square, Place Vendome, Opera, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, Invalides, Notre Dame Cathedral and Place du Chatelet." The cake is free. (The cake lady has known her since she was a kid and has been a long time family freind. Her wedding gift is the wedding cake and grooms cake.) I know that. LOL.. But she and her mom are sooo wrapped up in the planning and whats going to happen. And this will happen then, and that will happen afterwards.. I like the froom with a container on him.. i may stick that on the actual wedding cake. Hope she doesnt see it before the pics are taken "In this game you can't predict the future. So.. We are getting closer and her demands are getting greater.. Things I have never thought of before are being demanded... Like who's going to be my best man? What color flowers do I like? What are the addresses to my family members.. and little things like that... Anywho, here is the latest and greatest demand.. I need to come up with a design for a grooms cake. I have an idea in my head, but cant figure out how to explain it to the cake lady. I would like a cake in the shape of a parachute... With my colours. (Blue & Black) with a guy coming off the bottom... Does anyone have any pictures like this? Something I can give her for a refrence. Thanks Austin "In this game you can't predict the future. I was looking at the ticket prices for these.. Is the first class that much better? The price difference is about $300. 2 hour train ride, i figured i would rather save and go the cheapest one.. What did you think of London? Lots to see and do? Think I will be able to have 2 packed days? My plan is to arrive there monday, and rest, and site see there till wednesday morning. Then take train to Paris, and stay there till friday. Then either fly out of Paris back to US, or take train back to London, and fly out of London. I have heard it would be worth it to take the train back so it wont be an "open flight". And that thoughs tickets are steeper. "In this game you can't predict the future. She didn't reaaaaalllly say yes... but I didn't get the chance to say "will you marry" either. I took her to my grandparents for Thanksgiving last night. My whole family meets there.. During the meal we do this thing where we say what we are thankful for. My grandmother, who knew, made sure I was the last to say something. After everyone went I said" im thankful to have an amazing and beautiful girlfriend who I love with all my heart and want to spend the rest of my life with".. well, when I said" I want to spend the rest of my life with" was when I got on my knee... I forgot to say will you marry me... I didn't think bout it at the time. She was very suprised. Started to get super teary eyed and gave me a hug and said she loved me... no yes I didn't even realize it till after we left and were driving in my truck. She pointed it out. I luaghed and asked her then, to which she said yes. Bloopers.. I have decided something like this could only happen to me... the box her ring came in was ugly! Hideous red and white... well, in my mind a white gold ring should always be in a black velvet box. After searching for a while I found one at Macys... I used a black sharpie to color in the silver macys logo.... well, after I proposed and the excitment kinda wore down she started to really look at the diamond.. she asked me" what's this".. and I looked on the diamond and black lines were all over it. Took a couple minutes with a q tip and water to get it off So.. guess im engaged now.. facebook status was changed withing 5 minutes of it happening. "In this game you can't predict the future. Ok, So I have read through all the responses... Thank you to all who have given HELPFULL advice and sent private PM's. It means alot. I think right now I am going to hold off on getting that diamond.. There has been alot of responses saying that it may be too much. Since I dont know a THING about diamonds, I will go back to Jareds, and other local diamond places, and try and get a better understanding
