If it hurts and you dont know what it is or how it got there then I would definitely recommend going to the doctor. ctrl + alt + del > task bar> end program. that will cut it off. then go to Start>Run> type MSCONFIG > click the start up tab > find the program and disable it. That will stop it from running when you start your computer. Then go to your control panel and click on add/remove programs. find it and remove it.
