Why Dual Boot? you can only use one or the other and the hassle is usually not worth it. If youreally want both worlds, put L:inux on and then get VMware which will let you run Win2k in a virtual machine. Both OS'es at once, can't beat it. Oh and IIRC, that's how zennie did it. Personally, I won't support a dual boot config. Too much trouble than it's worth Conjunction Junction, what's your function?

Do you have a copy of the Skydivers Information Manual? At the front of mine is has a suggested reading list for preparing for licenses. B License SIM sections 2 ,3-1,4,8-2,8-3,8-4,8-5,9-1,9-2,9-3,11,12 hope that helps Conjunction Junction, what's your function?

I just bought a used Vector 3 which is about 5 years old. FWIW, it looks a tad bit pregnant with a Omega 180 in. Size is V352. Collapsible PC. The container looks to be in decent shape... On my 3 jumps today, I noticed that the pin cover was still in the slot and did not pop open. I talked briefly with the loft guy who thought it was odd and should pop open. I have not had ANY hesitations at all with opening and have always seen the bag come right off out of the corner of my eye... My question is if this is something I should be concerned about... The line gets attached to the velcro just below the slot, I fold over at a 45 degree angle so the pin is on the back side and thru the loop facing up which also shows me the collapsible window very easily. It then gets gets routed under the #3 flap then #2 down to the PC pocket. It just seems strange that the PIN cover is not popping open TIA Gary Conjunction Junction, what's your function?

What's the name of the software your friend uses? a lot of MAC software is available for PC. I'm not exactly sure what you'd like to filter but if you want to e-mail me with as much detail as you can give (justwrite it, I'll decipher it) , I can see what I can find out for you, g_lum@yahoo.com. I finally bought a rig which is the Omega 180 (loaded 1.2). Before that, the smallest I would rent was a 189 (1.13) even if I could rent a 169. SkyDance is the closest to where you will be (about a half n hour east) It's a cool place, they have 2 caravans and a 182. What's goin on next weekend? 3D Hybrids by invitation it looks like. Friday nite is pizza party nite. More RW'ers there than FF. On clear days, you can see SF (and GG bridge) in the distance and the Sierra's the other way. You always see lake Berryessa Byron is the only other place I can directly comment on and it's a nice DZ too, 2 king Airs and more FF'ers. Tends to get winded out a bit but I think that's more the winter months? Monterey is supposed to be really nice, and I plan on getting down there relatively soon. the only problem is that is is about a 3 hour drive from Napa. Call ahead since like Sebazz said, the coast can get fogged in all day. either way, have fun. Seb, when are you doing the 15k for 15 again? Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
