My reason. I am in a condo, I have 15 other units in my building. Without HOA there is nothing setting rules for who does what. Also, I do not want to do yard work, or shovel at all. HOA takes care of that too. It is a personal choice, some people want less to deal with the maint, while others want to do it. I have also owned a house with out an HOA. I prefer turnkey living, I dont want to drop 150k and then have all the crap break. Everything in my place is brand spanking new, and covered for 2 years by builder, then it goes to mfr warrentee. In the area I live in housing can be expensive as hell, Im single and living alone which means single income. Most houses are going for 200k and up. I cannot afford that on my own. What is a good choice for one person may not be the right choice for someone else. He asked how to copy them and I told him how to copy However in my professional opinion, copy files over to new drive, get a secondary preferably new drive, nice big size and install that, and copy ALL of your files except OS and app files there. Then anytime you need to move data, just pull hard drive and move to new machine

Mudd mudd mudd and more mudd Wouldnt be so bad but it is raining here and will be for a few more days. They said the sod would be in mid may...god I hope it is earlier. Oh and for those of you who dont know I have 2 dogs too. I will be shampooing the carpets before I have been in the place for a month! The good thing is I did manage to get some of it covered with Carpet Shield before mud season, but didnt do it wall to wall, only the main walking points to move in. Well that is just it. Dont feed them people food EVER, do not feed them dog food from anywhere but the dog dishes...and dont let them get out of the door. Pretty simple. If they dont want the dogs on the bed or in the room, close the door. My two do have pretty much free reign, sit on couch with me, sleep snuggled into my bed.
