I am also going to agree....pet treats are better. Recommendations by my two: 1. Oinkerroll 2. Pro-Treats/Redi-liver I used these two with cheese very sparingly. Cheese was used only as the end all be all for that incredibly difficult manuver. Dogs do not digest cheese all that well, however small amounts can be used. Small amounts would mean an entire stick of string cheese would last through 3-4 1 hour training sessions mixed with mostly the other stuff. I am going to emphasis that it is used for mega special treats. I trained two dogs a Shiba Inu and a Siberian Husky. The shiba was trained and titled in agility a few years back. The oinkerroll however was a MEGA hit. It is a fully balanced food as well as a treat. I would cut it into pieces and freeze individual bags. When I pulled it out to cut it I had two dogs sitting 5' behind me waiting to see if I was going to share! Sunburned back and shoulders + sports bra = OUUUCCHHHH!!!!!!! After spending 7 hours at the water park up and down stairs, walking the wrong way in the lazy river, multiple rounds in the wave pool jumping in the waves and one hell of a sunburn. I did manage to get my sports bra on and only scared the neighbors a little bit with me screaming today and made it over to the gym for a cardio work out. I still have a way to go, but will keep on keeping. Tomorrow is a long work out, cardio and weights and must keep heart rate up above 135 the whole time That is always fun! and I am serious...it has become a game to me... I beat my own ass this morning and it felt good! I slacked off last week due to a horrendous work schedule. I worked every single muscle today good and hard by circuiting the muscle groups. Do shoulders then hamstrings then chest then abs. Do a set of one the move right on to the other not stopping. I did 3 different rotations 3 sets each covering everything. It felt good! Dunno what my numbers are at the moment as I didn't have time to weigh in this morning, but I am down 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks! I have also had to increase the resistance on the elliptical to get my heart rate to stay high enough too! Progress is good. I am hoping to start feeling more change over the next month or so as I have only been back working out for a month, so things are still wonky weight wise. Not to mention that when you complete the MSF course you get a waiver card to take to the DMV and you do not have to take the actual driving test I did that 10 years ago Oh and PLEASE be very careful driving in Chicago (and on most good sized roads with lots of traffic) there are a lot of people who do not pay attention on the roads to those people on motorcycles. My father was hit twice, once by a drunk driver and another time when a guy was not paying attention and lane changed right into him. I will add to this now. I have been quietly starting up in the back ground... two solid weeks of 4 work outs a week, cardio each day with varied heart rate requirements. 2 normal work outs holding 70-80% of heart rate for :40 1 long work out holding 60-80% of heart rate for 1:15 1 short work out holding 70-90% of heart rate for :30 Lower one day, upper one day and then one day of upper and lower at once per week for weight lifting. This week however I did a hour+ hike with way the fuck too many stairs for my long work out. It is a beautiful location about 20 min from Skydive Chicago. I kidnapped a fellow dz.commer and brought her with me The bad news, since I started watching what I am eating and working out I have gained 3lbs...but my guess is it is muscle (ok I am being hopefull with all the work I have been doing) Now, my question to the rest of the fitness geeks. What foods have the highest amount of protein. It was turbotax too. The online version. Trust me I got a nice letter from them. It would be from ANY service that was used where a third party was involved when it comes to the payment. Turbotax had a third party involved for those of us that chose to have the fees for online filing taken out from our taxes and not pre-paid. If you used Turbotax and had the fees removed from your return instead of paid up front, you will get a paper check. Also if you owe the feds any money for any reason, or made more then 75k/150k single/married. You get nothing!
