The hardest thing is not becoming bitter towards the opposite sex when things go to hell....just because one person hurts you doesnt mean that they are all going to. There are great people out there, you just have to find them. I see a lot of people just jump from relationship to relationship with out taking time to reflect on what really went wrong with the last one, just kind of pick up and keep going. That is not fair to themselves or the other partys involved. Taking time to reflect and look back at things to see what you can do to make the next relationship better and more productive. Relationships take 2 people to work. You have to take the time, pick up the pieces, breathe a bit, then dive back in head first. I so agree that life and love are major risks....but it is so worth it. You just have to know when you are ok to be playing the game its not fair to drag someone else down with your baggage I have full faith that I will find someone that I will be able to have a strong bond and friendship with....as well as be intimate. Its a trial and error process, and really I dont ask for much.....just respect, love and honest communication.... I know the feeling....no warning all of the sudden bye bye....not going to deny there were some issues that were being worked on, things dont fix overnight...however he never bothered to communicate he is was unhappy enough to leave...just told me it was over. It was all about what he wanted, forget that there were things going on with me..and the advice he got, he didnot convey the whole story, leaving out a very crucial element... As some of you know, I lost my job a few months ago. My severance will be up at the first of the year, and I will be going on umemployment. This means things will get real real tight......Which has me very concerend and a bit nervous. Well Christmas morning, I get up to walk the dogs, take them on the normal walk around the block, I walk back into my apartment. As I turn around to close the door behind me, I see what I thought was a wrapping paper gift tag that fell of some presents I was to bring to my aunts for my brother that day. I lean over to pick it up. I find that it is not what I thought, and it has my name on it...its a small wrapped package, about 1"x2"x1/8". There is no name listed as to who it is from....just my name on the front of it....I open it, and find inside 5 $20 bills. Someone, who chose not to put there name on it, left me $100 on my door step christmas morning. I cried......I cried hard. What a wonderful thing for someone to do.
