I have to stick up for Mike here....he had a converter for the cigarette adapter to plug in regular AC stuff...but there was not enough juice to run the blender...so the frozen drinks were out of the question..... he tried...just didnt do a trial run before taking it into the field.... Well think about this, would you want joe blow behind you that wasnt wearing a seatbelt a few people behind you becoming a projectile in a crash and breaking your neck and every one in his path as he gets tossed around the cabin????? Its not just about you, its about everyone involved. it is something that is going to anchor you to the plane and keep you from being that projectile.......and what if you were to hit the pilot? who could be in the process of recovering? now you are all dead for sure.... You have to remember on thing, that is something that they need to deal with on their own. It will be there choice to attend or not. You cannot alter everything to make someone else happy. Be honest about the situtation and let them decide on there own how to handle it....that t is something in life they need to adapt to... I tend to be one of those people who cherish friends deeply. I will give myself 100% to people who are friends in a time of need. I have been thru some shit over the last year, I have learned who my true friends are, and I have found that I had many more where I had no idea. These people mean so much to me, and they have a place in my heart. I dont ask much from my friends other then to open and honest with me, and show me the same respect they would want me to show them. Those people who I consider my friends will always have a place in my heart......I cherish them dearly. If it were not for my friends I dont think I would be here now and today......I want to thank those that were there for me thru the hard times, to support me and be that shoulder to cry on. Life can suck, but when you have good friends be they old friends you have know for years, or new friends you have just met there watching your back, you can get thru it ok.....

Another great idea....and to add to this.... I also started working out again....and this has not only been a stress reliever, it has also made my body actually have to do something and need to rest.....I think if we are to sedative, our body doesnt feel the need to sleep....find something and go make your body bust its ass... Going to have to agree here, that was the biggest thing that got me sleeping again...no caffine....and I really dont drink much anyway. Caffine went byebye and sleep came back again..... I will allow myself caffine in the morning or early afternoon, but nothing after like 2 if at all.....and that is like 1 soda.....
