What suggestions are being, assumed, that I did not use? I have the gear. It all arrived today! Sometimes life fucks up... Mine had been, and whatever was happening with the rigger... He sent me my gear overnight, and I'll jump his pack jobs anytime! Blue Skies!

I can't do the legal systems shit... If you know him, pls help get me my gear back. He has all my jump suits, and freaking everything Last I heard, at his shop off the DZ. (Fuck, all I did wrong here is trust my Rigger!) If I can't jump, he shouldn't jump till he sends me my gear. Does anyone know him that can go pick it up and ship to CA?

I jumped my gear with "Little Ricky" at Skydive the Ranch, Gardiner, NY. He does not work for the DZ. He worked I'm looking for pictures of it. Computer crash... So, searching. I have a two year old here while trying... Brb

The Dropzone was when I was traveling and was not my home dz, not Joe's dz! God, it was in ** and the rigger is an independent! I hope he is just being a lazy bastard about this shit. The Main is an all white canopy with rainbow colored cells. Is it possible that he is renting the shit out? If so, it will be at the Ranch in NY.

I've paid him for all work and I have receipts of money paid. I think he's just not getting around to shipping it. I'm posting to ask how to handle this... Call USPA? Call DZ? He doesn't work for the DZ he jumps at... And, I did call. Report stolen?! Really?! WTF!

He has packed for me in the past. He does have my Main. When I left the DZ I was headed to Maine and he took it to his shop, mechanic shop. It's not on the DZ and I don't think he would sale it. Super Bad Carma!

I jumped it with him last July. I gave him prepaid shipping labels. It was to be sent to Louisiana. I moved to CA in October. He had not sent it, so I said to wait till I got back to him to see if if it should be sent to LA or CA. I got back to him within two months and said to ship to Louisiana. He said he would send it around Xmas 2013. It was never sent. He said he was working a job and did not have time, then four months later, he said his grandfather had died, next he and his girlfriend had broke up... Then, said he could not find shipping labels I gave him, so, I sent more and changed it to be shipped to CA. Last I talked to him, was a little over two weeks ago and the gear was to arrive March 7th, last week. I've been calling and txt'n everyday, but he has not responded which has been what's been happening off and on since the first time I contacted him... I've been close friends with him since 2002. I don't know why any rigger would fucking do this. I'm afraid of pissing him off and then never receiving the gear, but it feels like never now. I've been watching skydiving movies, Cut-a-way tonight, and feeling like I'm going to puke from the ill feeling of my gear being kept by my freaking rigger! So, I had to post and ask for help. I offered a few times to have someone help by going and getting it, if he could not do it. He's not answering my calls, returned my calls and has not txt'd me back...

I don't owe $$$!

What does a skydiver do if their rigger keeps their gear? I've been asking for it since last December 2013.
