I'm sorry to hear of this happening to you. You're right, life isn't fair sometimes. I hope things work-out in your favor. Chuck

Eggs over easy don't work too good! Chuck

I've found, a lot of waitstaff is single mom's, trying to raise a couple kiddoes. I try to leave (at least) in the 20 - 25% range for tips. If, and it's been rare, the service was not good, I'll cut-back on the tip and speak 'quietly' with the manager about it. Chuck

Going from memory () of PA's web-site, (mention of bridle extension) I believe what you say, is true. I'll have to do some digging but, I think, that thread was in Gear and Rigging. I'll try to find it and pass it along to you. Chuck

You might want to check-out Precision Aerodynamic's web-site. They have the complete instructions for the 'Precision' (psycho) pack. You might get with a Rigger at your DZ, also. Hope, this helps. Chuck

I've heard also, of the power wash thing. My problem with that is ... I don't know what is in the soap they use! If you have a soap in a power washer that will remove road tar and everything but the paint, I don't know what it might or will do to the harness-container. That's why I spot clean, then wash them by hand in mild soap and luke-warm or cooler temp. water. Chuck

Then there is one from the bumper-sticker archives; 'Ass, grass or gas... nobody rides for free!' on the back of a VW micro-bus.

Sheesh! I heard that on the radio, the other morning. I heard a sportscaster on a call-in sports show a couple years ago, when the 'stros were in a 'slump' ask; What do the Astros and Michael Jackson, have in common? The sportscaster responded with; 'For no aparrent reason, they both wear a glove!' That's cold! Chuck

You bet, it's worth the anxiety. Especially when you get a physical at your doc's and he tells you how you 'dodged the bullet'... it's a good feeling! Hang in there. Chuck

I've never seen a 40lb. ripcord pull either. Don't think I'd want to either. Not to mention the damage it would/could cause.. Chuck

Like going to an AA meeting and all they do is drink coffee, chain-smoke and talk about booze! I quit smoking and drinking 8-yrs. ago. Quitting the booze, was not hard at all. Quitting cigarettes was tough. I just had to divert my thoughts away from cigarettes. It's hard to do after so many years of smoking. I tried the patch and found myself smoking while wearing the patch. I finally, had to just 'put them off'. I'd tell myself... 'I'll have one here in a minute' and just keep telling myself that. I found that, the cravings do pass. Chuck

I looked at the pictures you posted and... cracked-up! I wonder if, they have any idea how funny we think they are? Cats are different. They have a definate attitude and arrogance. Interesting! Chuck

"That's not fair. I'm sure Frenchy is a very attractive man." It's those goggles, man! The goggles! Chuck
