You beat me to it, Sparky! I learned the 'heavy foot' thing as a kid when I first started to learn to sew. It might sound 'weird' but, I still sew with my shoe off. Maybe, it's quirky but, I get a better feel of the treadle. Chuck

Postpone them... tell yourself you'll have one in 5-min. After that time passes, tell yourself you'll have one in 10-minutes. In the mean-time, stay busy. I've been off them for 8-yrs. My wife(she worked for DEA) told me they are about as addictive as heroin. It's ROUGH... but, you can do it! The best of luck to you! You'll do it!!!

Right-on! Skydive Arizona would be the place to go. The weather there, this time of year is great. They have a bunkhouse there or near-by motels/hotels. GREAT place! Chuck
