I love it. I use it for Internet, and schoolwork... Microsoft office doesnt come with it (doesnt come with any computer anymore from what I was able to find with my research however). I dont know what you are looking for, but here is my recommendation if your needs are similar to mine.

    He did, but because of issues with my pharmacy I wasnt able to get it until late last night, and I had already taken an Ambien when my folks brought it home (Im not about to mix Ambien with Dilaudid)... For the most part I am feeling fine right now so I dont have any reason to take the hard stuff. And since I am allergic to most of the hard stuff, I couldnt just take something my parents have in the medicine cabinet

    Yeah. The saner part of me is saying that too. They had an opening on Tuesday, but I had a test that day, and it wouldve been a bigger pain trying to make that up than missing a weekend of jumping. My luck, the pressure change would cause dry socket

    So I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. It was pretty miserable at first because I didnt have any pain pills. But I started taking ibuprofen late yesterday evening, and have been feeling better and better. Just super swollen. I feel like I gained 10 lbs just in my cheeks!! I've actually been really hyper today, and eating fairly normally... Im wondering if it would be a bad idea to jump tomorrow... Granted my face probably wouldnt fit in my helmet!

    I think it has more to do with the fact that many "newbies" ask questions that have already been asked 64654546354 times instead of using the search function, or instead of going to their instructor for answers... Oh and its the internet... Being an asshole is more fun on the internet

    Yep. Always best to cut off contact when you rip that bandaid off. Its so much harder to deal with when youre trying to pretend everything is hunky dory now that youre just friends. Dont bullshit yourself.

    I've been on jump planes when exactly that happened but the pilot, not wanting to land in high winds with all those jumpers, kept the info to himself. We all landed backing up in 25-30 mph winds. I cut away immediately on landing but still bonked my head a good one. I still think we need more survival training in this sport. If you jump long enough, you find yourself outside of the safety zone, trying to just survive. Interesting. Ive had a couple of occasions where I didnt feel right on the ride up and rode it down, and its turned out that the wind went ridiculous in that short amount of time. But I really had never considered that the pilot wouldnt tell the jumpers whats going on... Thanks for the honest answer

    I got that, I just found it easier to reply to yours because of the actual statement you made in response to sparky.... My question was really directed at everyone.

    But from the sound of it, the jumpers on this load werent exactly given fair warning, unless i misunderstood the above quote. If the wind picked up AFTER I got on the plane, I would want to know... There is nothing wrong with riding the plane down, but you have to know the situation in order to make that call...
