  1. X2 a legitimate seller that has nothing to hide, will eagerly send it to a rigger for inspection. Once it passes inspection, the money can then be sent. I responded to a classified ad for a Sabre 150 here and asked the seller to do the same thing, he blatently refused, I never contacted him again... You should have responded to his blatant refusal with a "fuck you you fucking ripoff artist! I'm onto you! Cunthole!" I would have responded with, "What were you trying to do, Dave?"
  2. Yeah, WU is pretty unsafe regarding unknown parties.
  3. Look for Requiem for iTunes or Jhymn to remove that pesky protection. also do keep in mind, most of the iTunes songs are no longer protected, just right click convert to MP3
  4. To the north, there are some closer places. There was something with the licensing. @ the last comment, yeah, trying not to >.>
  5. Awesome, let us know what counsel says. Point being I wasn't going to waste the time on it.
  6. This game is tough! Good find!
  7. Roger on the PM thing. Thank you for a straight answer. I'm done pushing the points, but, those states that you listed were just out of an article. I referenced actual court events in different states, which I believe were after the time of the posting of your article. That TI contract SHOULD be illegal on some grounds, I'd have to look through it a bit and seek counsel on that one, anyway, that really doesn't matter. It's a tandem jump.. (That would be a large money maker, though) @The emancipation thing: Emancipation statute in SD is bogus; I'd be 18 before the hearing. Anyway, thanks for the responses and answers and "constructive criticism" *cough chris cough* Travel sucks, but I guess it'll be necessary for the time being. (Last Memphis client moved out of TN when he got traded) Edit: This really is a cool community here, and I'm sure this got a little over-the-top, so, that be that. Yeah,
  8. I think about the third page, I said it was done, someone continued it. I think we can close it now if nothing else needs to be added. You skim the bottom of a pejorative there: That's fine. Leave it at that.
  9. I really didn't expect to take this kind of heat for an innocent question and open forum: From dgpacker via PM: [ Exceptionally immature PM removed for courtesy ]
  10. With written parental consent in the state of South Dakota you can; quite a few others like this (states), quite a few that do not accept any form of tattooing. (Ex girlfriend was a tattooists daughter, funnily enough) Totally offtopic, but there is another form of consent to something that does run an interesting path.
  11. You're kidding, Right!!?? Looking more and more like a troll or a lawyer. So far the only thing I've seen is the Morelli stance. That's the point I'm trying to make.
  12. I fully understand that DZOs will not take the risk. (It's just that, the point I try to make is "What risk? The misguide one") And I do know there is quite a bit I do not know. If I blatantly said that "I know this is what needs to happen", I would have never asked this question to begin with, I would have screamed "This is some bullshit yo', fuck the dee zoh." with one finger on each hand up. I understand there is a possibility of an issue, I've been attempting to look at the Morelli files, haven't found much interesting yet. I will jump, I don' t know if it will be this season. I thought it was interesting that this DZ that I wanted to jump at has the King Air every July for a boogie. @Mensa -- Not something that's really pushed or advocated. National Honor Society = the shit, these days. And I did use to ride and do stupid stuff ;) (Now it's business first.) Oh and the hazing is what it is. Don't take kindly to whuffos ;)?
  13. Shouldn't you be at school tomorrow, rather than lunching with an attorney from your office? Blues, Dave I leave school early to work ;) Again, lets get back on topic here.
  14. No problem. I was done here. Well this collectively turned into something it really shouldn't have been. I don't feel I'm being harassed, I feel that I am being "hazed." But the point of the matter is, hell, this is the internet. That's that. :) I do really appreciate the concern, Guru, and thanks. And I'm a web developer here in Sioux Falls, (in case you didn't catch the "read the bio thread").. I work in an office where we deal with certain celebrities (athletes, to be exact).. I'm responsible for a lot of the digital media. This friend of mine is a partner and just happens to be in the same office (and writes our contracts). (If you need a kickass website, call me..) I am not a MENSA member. Just for the line :) and if you really wanted to know, I think I write just fine, to be entirely honest. I find writing to be a little more formal than spoken word.. and treat it as such as taught. I sort of expected a rougher reception; contesting a policy that nobody here cares about. (about 3 threads, collectively).. Now we're further off topic than we were when we were talking about politics. Let's keep on key here. I do thank those for their support. If anyone has any sort of knowledge as to case law that may apply here, as, we are not speaking of a DZO or DZ's decision, that would be cool and on-topic. @Chris No offense taken man.

    Stock or Beer?

I think at this point I would have went with the beer. [image]
  16. Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't know too many at the DZ's I go to that would desire to socialize with a minor. It might even been seen as creepy and possibly illegal at times. Good luck with this dude. Seriously. I'm not willing to argue over something that isn't going to change. The business owners are not desirous of the risk. Period. They spend enough time and money defending their waiver as it is. I will have to agree with you. I just wanted an answer, and I think I got it
  17. It's an open forum. If you don't want to respond or hear, don't read. Sorry for assuming you knew. I am just not going to invoke something completely irrelevant.
  18. Using your same logic, a parent can NOT consent for their child to be medicated. The DZO and their decision is not what we are speaking about here. The actual waiver is. Needs are CLEARLY irrelevant in the four + cases that has involved this. I made this VERY clear. All four proceedings and proceedings stemming from them state that it is not the place of the law to distinguish between wants/needs. Period.
  19. Any cases due to minors / liability?
  20. Thought so. What are his legal qualifications and what is his username?
  21. We must stay on topic with Skydiving here. The references to these other sports/gov have been topic-friendly. Without formalities, I don't know what I really can do other than talk to their DZO and hey, if it works, sweet. If not, It will just suck to have to travel an hour + out of the way. Plus, you lose the kind of socialization you can have with the locals who know and are involved in the same kinds of things All in all, I do want this enough that it shouldn't be too much a setback. Maybe once I get my USPA A they will wise up and see that this is not a USPA policy. (The S/L instructor is claiming that it is.)
  22. Attorneys, lobbyists, and congressmen. Take your pick. Not the citizens. Democracy in this country is a fallacy.
  23. Hence why I even have to post a topic like this :( The capitalization thing was defined, however, thankfully, in the proceedings of that case. When did Bill Booth say the underage "no waiver" argument. Listen. There are TOO many organizations already accepting underage waivers that they can't be valid. From what I've just shown you, and all of these other things, I'm just surprised. I stepped up to researching skydiving in lieu of something I was just drawn to. I was puzzled as this is the first I'd have ever heard of the lack of a parents ability to sign away the rights of their children. I do agree, though, the monetization of the legal system is utter shit.
