sry bringing back an old thread, i was out of town for awhile... I did not mean that we were just going to cut them off because they were French. We are not using their equipment because they decided to stop supporting US telecom equipment as opposed to European telecom equipment. Different transmission standards require different types of equipment. Since they are scaling back due to bad economy, they have decided to stop supporting and manufacturing the equipment that we use in the US. Because of this, we can no longer support them by buying products because it would be useless to us over here. We must buy American products that are capable of operating in the US telecom environment. It is not like metric/english system co-existing...it just doesn't happen, except at the coasts where we do conversions. No joke intended but no harm either, it is just the way that the market is trying to stay alive today. b

don't worry, nobody in this country is purchasing from them! my company was purchasing from them for awhile...but they just don't support US products as well as they do their European products, so they are almost out of here! we'll keep buying american in the mean time :) b

dang v, no need to spend so much money! try an athlon xp 2600+ 333fsb w/ asus a7n8x deluxe mb w/ 1G of ram and a 9700 A-I-W ATI card. onboard sound that surpasses sb live. what speakers will u be using? not much of a pentium fan unless it is for a laptop. good luck nonetheless! later bro, b

My disadvantage in the 206 is I always get put up in "the hole" next to the pilot for weight distribution and such. More of a side effect of being tall, i suppose. But yes it is painfully uncomfortable. I mean, what's it matter if my legs are asleep in freefall anyway? Anyhow in the summer, it gets HOT in the hole. But of course in the winter, i don't bitch b

you betcha! we'll lead some too and leave the short peeps in the dust dammit! if i get fired between now and then, (always a possibility,) then i can make it to the circus reunion in rantoul. otherwise, i just have enough vacation time and funds to blow it all at couch freaks. all sorts of circus freaks there!

Shaun, Usually we have PD at CF but that is typically it as far as demoing goes. When u come up over mother's day we'll talk to Ed and see what he is getting lined up for this year. If aerodyne isn't out there, maybe we'll be able to persuade PD into bringing some lightnings too the boogie. Our evening big ways are often with prodigys but this next year could be a change up. We'll see how iowa crew progresses this summer.
