    I think the usual definition for "armor piercing" ammo is that it has a hard steel, tungsten or other high density metal core (D.U.) No reason they should be illegal. That goes for Black Talons, HydraShok, Fragmentation rounds, Flechette . . . If I could afford a Carl Gustav and Rounds for it, I should be allowed to use it for home defense. "User assumes all risk"
