On my last trip to Vegas, I researched some of the places via the web and found that vegas extreme openly advertised "fun jumpers welcome!". I tried to be nice and gave them a call just as a heads up, that I'd be there. They told me that if I was goign to jump my own gear, they'd need a rigger to inspect it, but the rigger wouldn't be there on the day that I was planning on going. Bunch of douche bags, the worst part was I bought my brother a tandem there for his birthday a few months earlier.
When I called Mesquite, the guy that answered was nice and said that he'd absolutely take me up, unfortunately they didn't have any business during the week, and I wasn't able to make it over there on the weekend. It's understandable that 1 fun jumper isn't going to get any plane in the air.
