I thought about that ... and I think you are on to something. I am quite sexual … being forced to “slow down” on that front (by the distance) would give me more time to develop deeper feelings. As a matter of fact, all of my serious, long term relationships, started out as long distance. It seems this “model” works for me best … O

Good morning gang! I got some sleep but I was still restless last night, in spite of taking my Rx ... overactive brain (still thinking too much ) ... 3 days until Bolas' departure!!! Just kidding ... 1 day unti his arrival ... I actually look forward to having some company and someone to jump with this weekend. Oh ... interesting thing happened in my meeting with the CEO (where I work) yesterday. As I get to his office ... he asks ... "so, how is your recovery going?" Hmm ... you heard about that. "Yes ... can you please not jump out of airplanes anymore? We like you too much". Flattering ... at many levels ... the company I work for is not that small (1000 people and growing). Apparently, everyone heard about my injury and although they think it's "cool" that I'm a skydiver, they don't want to "lose" me from the staff ... O

+1 I have my doubts as well … with the following amendment … With the technology available today, you don’t have to “imagine” someone as you get to know them online … you can actually "experience" them. Previously, you’d exchange photos and phone conversations … you’d have a voice and a 2-D representation of someone and you’d extrapolate from there. When/if you met in person, most likely that idealized image in your head would not match the real him/her … and you’d be disappointed. Nowadays, we have video calls … hearing and seeing someone at the same time takes a lot of guessing out of the picture. Oh … the things one can do using Skype … not me … I just heard … from others … O

O Well last time I saw him he was running around the bar with a bucket tied to his head... or maybe that is just the last part of the night I remember... Umm ... if he is going to embarass me at my drop zone, I'll kick him in the nutz. Such outrageous behavior is not allowed where I jump ... this is New England and people here tend to be very uptight ... (That is actually true.) O

On my 3rd cup of coffee ... I don't know how I'm going to make it through the day. I only got 4 hours of sleep and I don't have full brain function - I noticed in the staff meeting this morning that I was slow getting my thoughts out ... with English being my 3rd language, sleep deprivation does weird things to my speach ... I'll try to acomplish a few things ... and I will, if I stop getting distracted by dorkzone ... O
