    Sounds like everyone had a busy day lined up! The spa was blissful. It's funny how badly you don't realize you need something until its going on. The massage was nice. It wasn't the best one, but it was still good. You know how sometimes you just need to be TOUCHED? It was one of those days since I think I've been missing a lot of touch lately. Weird, huh? The facial was okay, too. She kept talking to me and I just wanted to sleep. Now I know how a dude feels. The mani and pedi were uneventful since my favorite nail tech wasn't there. Oh well - at least my toes are deep red and I'm ready for any holiday parties that may pop up between now and Christmas. So, disgusting KFC beat out making dinner since I'm wiped out for a bit... but...... the bottle of wine I had in my sights for tonight is staring at my across the kitchen.... Here I come baby!!!!     It's a HMB (high maintenance bitch) day for me. Swedish massage and a facial at my favorite spa. After that it's an hour long spa pedicure with a nail fill and eye brow wax. Then I'm coming back home and I guess I'll have a date with myself (haha), making a filet mignon with sauteed vegetables for dinner and then cracking open the bottle of wine that I've been meaning to try on the recommendation of a friend. It'll be a good night for a movie and the fireplace cranking! It's freezing here with only a 800' ceiling @ the dropzone (per the Twitter) and I do have to run over there and drop off my new-to-me rig for the "look over", chest strap lengthening, and when my Cypres comes in, that needs to be installed, too. If I get there in the next week I'llbe happy.

    I work in state government and they did away with performance based bonuses quite a few years ago. Personally, I had a problem with the state handing out a "bonus" to us because we're just doing what we're paid to do, and we're paid decently for what we do anyway, nothing should be "extra" because it gives the taxpayers something else to bitch about. Just my .02! BTW - Don't get me wrong, I'd loveeee a bonus if I worked my ass off all year and truly deserved it, no matter what the size, and only if I wasn't working in the public sector.
