What do you guys tip for a pizza YOU pick up but you get the level of service described above? Always a couple of bucks in the tip jar at the counter if I'm picking up a pizza or if I stand there while they make me a sub or something. Let's say it's $5-7 or so. I just put the change from a $10 into the tip jar. Always be kinder than you feel.

One of my good friends was a swinger when he was married. I guess he still is now that he's divorced. Anyway, the stories I've heard come out of that place made ME blush. I've stayed at the hotel next door quite a few times. On my honeymoon we were down there for 2 weeks. Our suite at The Reach was on the 3rd floor oceanfront. The very right corner of the property along Simonton and it overlooked the pool/pier area of Atlantic Shores. For what it's worth, their diner up front was great! Here's a little walk down memory pier for you.... Always be kinder than you feel.

Not in my experience. What I've seen and experienced 1st hand is, if you use a E toll once, they will charge you a daily fee for the entire rental duration. Short rental, no big deal. Long rental, quite the rip off. Ask 1st. IIRC, I'm pretty sure Alamo did that to us a few years ago. I thought it was a rip off for picking up a rental at FLL, a couple of tolls on the turnpike and then having a car in EYW for a week, no other tolls, cash on Card Sound Road IIRC. A couple of tolls on the way back. Too much money for the administration. Always be kinder than you feel.

I shouldn't be surprised I was charged double. I asked her if that would happen and she said no. Shocking. Hope she made enough money that day to be worth it. I was just off the cruise ship from hell so I guess driving 95 back to the Hard Rock was a small price to pay for freedom! Always be kinder than you feel.
