Jim Hooper mentioned this great site and I've been remiss in not visiting it before. I've long since hung it up but was pretty active between 1962 and 1976 - mostly in Florida and logged a little over 2000 jumps.
In the last few months I've gotten in touch with some old friends from Zephyrhills and elsewhere and did manage to get down to Virginia for the memorial service for Bill Ottley two years ago.
I'm now a competitive snowboard racer/ski racer but jumping out of airplanes was a BIG part of my life. If anyone remembers this aging boomer/ex sky diver, please say hi!
