  1. Your hero, of course, is the best at everything. He's even modest about it all. More modest than anyone else ever.
  2. Whatever she is, she's not: an adjudicated rapist a proven fraud disqualified from running a foundation in her own state a habitual liar a braggart about being a sexual predator a braggart about pretty much everything else disrespectful to veterans, "gold star" parents, and the disabled a convicted felon

    Trump

Another Trump administration insider, H.R. McMaster (one of Trump's National Security Advisors) tells how chaotic it was: “At War with Ourselves: My Tour of Duty in the Trump White House”, McMaster's new book, describes meetings in the Oval Office as “exercises in competitive sycophancy” during which Trump’s advisers would flatter the president by saying stuff like, “Your instincts are always right” or, “No one has ever been treated so badly by the press.” Meanwhile, Trump would say “outlandish” things like, “Why don’t we just bomb the drugs?” in Mexico or, “Why don’t we take out the whole North Korean Army during one of their parades?” Etc.
  4. I shall be charitable and assume that you 've been drinking again. How does it feel to be called "basement dweller" by your hero?

    Trump

When the only things the criminal rapist liar has are lies and misrepresentations, what you'll get will be lies and misrepresentations. Expect more.
  6. I don't think the GOP "pointed out" the flaws, so much as drove a truck through them.

Senator Tammy Duckworth, Iraq War veteran, a "loser" and "sucker" according to Trump.

    Trump

“He [Trump] has no empathy, no morals and no fidelity to the truth”; Stephanie Grisham, a former Trump White House press secretary and chief of staff to former First Lady Melania Trump, 8/20/2024 Grisham used her remarks to tell her audience that he mocks his supporters in private and has called them “basement dwellers.”
  9. Because a lot of long dead dudes thought it was a good idea at the time. Some of their ideas, such as the Electoral College, are just plain stupid.
  10. I'm sure many people are as lewd, disgusting and criminal as Trump. But there's no similarity, he's the only one of them running for President of the USA.
  11. The "Average American" is female. Women lost more rights thanks to Trump than at any time in the past 100 years.
  12. As Harry Lime says in The Third Man: In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.
  13. Nor is she a self-confessed sexual predator, nor a fraud, nor has she stolen from a charity, nor has she been convicted of any felonies.
  14. Trump repeatedly criticizes and insults Harris, so calling out Trump's lying ass IS on topic.
  15. Trump repeatedly makes statements that, with minimal effort, can be shown to be falsehoods (aka "lies"). He is a proven pathological liar. It is remarkable that there are so many gullible people who will believe anything he says.
  16. He did? He's on my ignore list so I only see the trollish garbage he writes if someone quotes it.
  17. But his other trials have also been delayed too, and some of them are clearly prison-worthy.
  18. Justice delayed is justice denied. He should be in prison already. Anyone else who did what he did would be.
  19. I don't understand why so many of you waste energy arguing with an obvious, blatant troll.
  20. Not sure how relevant that is. The Cambridge Union Society (of which I am a Life Member) is a debating club where speakers are often asked to propose or defend a position selected for them. I didn't happen to attend that particular meeting, though. The Baldwin- Buckley debate is famous, of course: The motion under consideration was that ‘This House Believes The American Dream is at the Expense of the American Negro’ and the proposition won by a landslide. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambridge_Union
  21. They were real enough for the Somme in 1916, North Africa in 1941, the North Atlantic 1939-45, Normandy in 1944. . . . .

He's so smart (and modest too) that there won't be any need for rebellion. He told us.

I see a big difference between Bigun on the one hand and Bill (and Bartsdad) on the other. Bigun clearly is thoughtful about the issues and although conservative is not a knee-jerk defender of Trump and the MAGA cult. In fact it seems to me (based on what he writes) that he is not comfortable with Trumpism. I don't see that at all in Bill.
