    What happened that you had to chop the Storm? There was a time when any canopy could have a malfunction. Is that time over? Could just be sloppiness, could be a number of things I was just curious as boogies usually have good stories.

    yeah thanks, was gonna edit to add the link when I got home... Edit to add: That video is what skydiving is all about for me, sure its important to learn as much as you can and develop as much skill as you can but keeping things fun and original is what its all about for me.

    Those are all situations in the sky with plenty of speed but what about a BASE exit with zero speed like in the video? Could that play a big part in this?

    Actually what we like to do over here is get the pilot to do the first 90 degree turn so all we have to do once we're out the door is a another 90 and hit the gas. That way you are away from jump run and already heading the right direction. Thick ceiling like from 2k to 4k or something I would not jump even with a GPS I like to know I am in the clear when I deploy. FlyBlind does a great job of giving you heading, have not tested the distance option yet and now the season is over so I will give it a go in the spring.

    Wow can't believe your bitching about delivery time, you got a suit (all be it the wrong one but still...) within that 8-10 week advertised period. Then you get the suit you wanted 2 weeks later with a nice discount. All and all 12 weeks and a 20% discount for your P2z? Waited 7 months for mine and never got the compensation offered. Be happy dude could have been SO MUCH worse! Edit to add: PF was in no way responsible for the delay, US dealer was but still...
