This has all the hallmarks of an attack by Ming the Merciless. Where's Flash Gordon when you need him? Don't be silly. Everyone know Flash isn't real. But, maybe it's the Earthly manifestation of the FSM, and this will be a beer supervolcano. May you be touched by His noodley appendage. Remster

Yes... This is definitely because of liberalism. I mean, earthquakes had never happened under good old conservative movements. And never ever before that even! Those, again, I don't see the link. Now, had you blamed the Colorado floods on those pot smoking hippies, I would have been right behind you (but not as close as those ass-fucking gays you probably blame for the CA earthquakes. No worries) Yeah... Wipe those liberals in the south. Clearly, the black plague was also due to the liberal ways of Edward the III. Yes. Those libscum at Bear Sterns, Lehman, AIG. As opposed to natural ones like the financial collapse? Those damm uppity peasants! Remster

Solution: Send up more Canucks like Chris Hadfield. You just want to get rid of us around here, don't you. Remster -
Totally! And I know from a reputable source that they ALL love being refered to as prospects! Makes them soooo wet!!!!!! To the OP: See DSE's post. He sums it well, and pretty impartially considering he's a Snoridian. Remster

Used equipment is sold as is IMO. But, Before that: Check your brake lines for twists. And make sure you are sitting symmetrically in your harness. Remster

The D3O lining scares the bejejus out of me: " This means that the harder the impact, the greater the resistance to the force. " http://www.d3o.com/materials/ This is exactly the opposite of what you want in a helmet. No wonder no one else is using that material in a helmet... Remster

Sounds like you are describing the difference between a 4-stroke and a 2-stroke engine. Are you aware of the differences between these two designs? Nat isn't very technical.. You know, having been a helicopter maintenance crew and all... Remster

Thank you. Exhaust sound is projected rearwards. Not exactly where you need to announce your presence.

Actually, it's not random at all. Your religion will most likely be the religion of your parents. Faith is learnt. Remster

I'd get in contact with Wendy who posted just up there, who's a local and can probably help ya! Remster -
Try them. There really are no better way to see which helmet, and which size works for you. And don't be set on one model simply because they are "cool". Get the one that fits the best. Protection-wise, they are all similar. Remster

Brian, Now why is it that you give it that nickname? It is my experience that the Stiletto misbehaves only if there is something wrong with the trim, the packing, or if the jumper has a body position issue, in other words, things that can possibly affect the openings on most elliptical canopies. And remember: the Stiletto was the 1st widely available, and commercially successful elliptical 9 cell. There were tons of them out there. And people had almost no other reference when it came to sensitive openings. Remster

You can never be sure with those fancy Hollywood productions. Could be CGI, or a giant puppet... Remster
