    J had arranged a minister for them at SkyFest and emailed them about it. He never got a reply in return so we weren't sure what had happened. I'm happy to hear they are doing it afterall!

    It's like a tupperware party, but it's for sex toys/lotions etc.... We are going to have it Sat. afternoon at the Farm... PM me for details if you want to know more... Why not have it Saturday night when the boys are playing poker? That way it doesn't cut into jump time!!! That's a good idea... we don't want to take away from the jumping!!!!!!!

    First jump at a new dz, first load on their new King Air... they hadn't set the GPS so someone local had to spot since my 2-way was first out. The dumbass put us WAY out and we landed in ANOTHER CITY!!! We were the closest group and we landed 20 miles away. Lucky for us someone was on their way to the dz and knew we werent' supposed to be landing over there. She waited for us and took us to the dz. Who was she?? The dumbass' wife!!

    We met so many great and wonderful new friends. Thanks to everyone for helping make SkyFest a success this year! We can't wait to see what ya'll do next year! J is The Boogie Man!! He can put together and throw one HELL of a boogie!!! I'm so proud to be a part of it and I can't wait until next year!! My brain is already working!! I'll post pics tonight... And to those of you who helped me sneak around... THANK YOU! So what if we're on J's list... he's harmless.

    I'm not sure if you saw it or not, but on jumprun, we almost lost our cameraman... the mud in the back of the plane was so slippery that he slipped and could have fallen right out! Thankfully Kirsten grabbed him and kept him from going down!!!

    He got super busy and I didn't get to get it from him. I think I do have it on disk though. I'll look and if I do, I'll be sure to copy it for you. If I don't, I'll ask him about it.

    Yesterday I was sitting at Hobby Airport waiting on my flight home from SkyFest. I heard 2 guys talking about the cowbell! "Everyone was saying 'I need more cowbell!' It was great! More cowbell!" He was laughing his ass off and the other guy said, "I've got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell!" I turned to them and said, "Are ya'll from dz.com?" They looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Uh, no. What's that?" Then I looked at them like they were crazy! I said, "I overheard ya'll talking about the cowbell and thought you might be from dropzone.com. It's talked about all the time in the forums." The first guy said, "No. We don't know that site. We post on (some other non-skydiving related) forum. The cowbell has a cult following apparently." I couldn't help but think of all of the brothers and sisters I had just spent 4 days with.

    The way I understand it... they had RW fliers (maybe a 4-way) and Amy was standing and supposed to fly through the center. Somehow she went to far to one side and landed on Tom's back.

    We're working on something for next year. We had tried to get dz.com names printed on the sleeves of the tshirts, but it would have been too late by the time we decided on that. There were seperate wristbands for the dz.commers, but registration confused (who can blame them!) and everyone got the same wristbands. Next year, the dz.commers will stand out!! It was WONDERFUL meeting all of you!! Finally putting names with faces!!
