    Could we make a list? For example, I am D-22691 and have never jumped a round. Who has a lower number than me, with no round jumps? We could at least get a sampling. I'm interested to find an answer, too. I know it's not you, J, cause my D# is lower than yours.

    I have 2 PDAs and 2 computers. The Palm Desktop software has all of the info that I need to put into both Palms. It's on only one computer. The 2 computers are not connected (yet - that's a future project when we get a new office). The other computer has Microsoft XP on it. Do you think that will make a difference?

    There is no one else in the office, so it's all up to me. I'm the only one who works here, besides the bosses. They are out of town for 2 weeks and I probably won't talk to them unti they get back. I understand the remarks about not knowing what OS we're using. I thought it was ME, but wanted to double check. I've only been here for 3 weeks and haven't had to know what we have until now. We have "Palm Desktop" installed. Ideally, we can enter info in the desktop and transfer it to the Palm itself, and vice versa. Is it because we have Windows ME that I can't do this, or could there be something else.

    I think that's a great idea. I can see the value in doing it this way as opposed to just flat out failing or having them kicked out of school.

    "The conncetion between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again." I have done both a hard and soft reset (there is no information in the Palm so there is nothing to lose) and checked all connection points.

    We're using Windows ME. The "Local USB" is checked. I've done EVERYTHING that it says to do. Unless I'm missing something really small... I just don't know.

    How do I find the OS? I don't remember. We have a cradle that the PDA sits in and that cradle is connected with a USB cable.

    I've got that. I've even gone to the site and tried all of their troubleshooting tips. They have everything in the big computer in that desktop program. I can't seem to get it to syncronize. It keeps telling me that "the connection between your handheld and the desktop could not be established." I have done everything I can to clean the connection points and it still comes up. I feel like I'm missing something.

    My bosses have 3 Visor Neo handheld PDAs. One of the things on my "To Do" list is to get them working by the time they get back from out of town. Luckily I have 2 weeks, but it's driving me nuts. They want all of the info on the computer loaded into the handheld. I know it can be done, but why can't I do it? I need to perform a "HotSync" but it doesn't like me, I guess. Does anyone know how to use these damn things??

    When my brother and his wife were expecting their son they bought a little photo album that said, "Grandma's Brag Book" on the front, a rattle, and 2 bibs that said, "I love my Grandma" and "I love my Grandpa" on the front. They put them in a gift bag and gave it to my mom and said, "Here, we got you something." It took her a minute, but when she figured it out, she cried for days!

    I'm at work now, but I chose "I don't have to work at all today" because I really don't have to. LOL My boss called earlier and told me I can take the rest of the day off if I want to. But, I love my job and have a project to work on. Plus, I'm paid hourly... so the more hours the more $$$$.
