Has Anyone Top Mounted an Optik with a D-Box????

I put my TRV 19 on top of a bonehead Dabomb. Similar to an optik just older. It was in one of boneheads d-boxes. It was a little tall but not all that difficult to fly in any position including head down. Tracking with it tended to get kinda hairy but i don't track all that well to begin with. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. -
ding ding ding!! A guy at our dz just got a factory diver made to fit his huge melon. It was special order but NOTHING else would fit him. He loved it when he got to jump it last weekend. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

You ARE lucky to be alive, I have seen you fly that thing. I too went from a Sabre 170 to a Cobalt 135 with about 150 jumps. I now have about 650 and i am still on the same canopy.

That is a good question Jason. I don't get coaching from "Names" in the sport. Well, i haven't yet anyway. I get coaching from people at my dz that i have seen fly and offer coaching. They are a FF team and have competed on a national level. Are they the best and know all, certainly not. For me right now it is helping. I will also seek out other coaches to refine and develop new skills. Does anyone elsoe think there should be some sort of requirement for ff coaching?? And JRock, my coach is hella prettier than yours. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Not just directed towards you Geeeee, i just decided to quote you. In the 170 model, Atair is making them cc's because of some opening issues on the 170 models of the reg. cobalt. I don't _think_ you can get a regular 170 anymore. I do know this has been discussed ad nauseum on this forum in the past.
