Hey Ian, i didn't compete in freeflying last year, but we used the same competition manual as you guys. You can find it HERE click on skydivers competition manual and it is a pdf file. It has all the rules, descriptions, dive pool for intermediate and advanced etc. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I wouldnt think so. My only concern would be the voltage drop to the transformer. When you dim the lights i believe you are actually dropping voltage to the light. I don't know how much that would affect the transformers and the low voltage lights. I'll shut up now and wait for an actual electrician to answer so i can learn something tool. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I would think that it depends on how it is wired. If the power goes to the light(through transformer) and then to the switch(dimmer) then yes, you need a low voltage dimmer switch. If the power goes to the switch first, no, a regular 120v switch would be fine. However, the first scenario is most likely. P.S. I'm not an electrician but i did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I thought he was talking about something fishy too To me the funniest part is the website he linked to is stripmine.org. You all know he was searching for strippers or something and got distracted by a big machine. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I am about 195 out the door and i own and have landed a pdr113. Yeah, it saved my ass from my nasty spinning main, but that was about it. Like others have said, read my sigline. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I had the same problem with firefly that you are having. I own firefly pants and love them so i wanted a camera jacket to go with them. No dice. I ended up ordering a flitesuit camera jacket with a "C" wing. I love it. I attached a pic of it in the air. first pic by Jason Lemley second pic by Perry Perkins Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Hey the Real world is just about to start in austin
Brains replied to josheezammit's topic in The Bonfire
I used to fish a lot of Bass tournaments down there, to say i have seen some strange happenings along the mexico side of the lake would be a huge understatement. Hey Chuck, did you ever drive down to Roma, just down from the falcon dam/bridge. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. -
I can't believe you put a picture of my butt on here. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I don't know what i think about having them at the dz. I think the whole premise of "Real World" has run its course. It is one of those shows that i wish would just go away. Sorry to be the grouchy old man. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. -

Not to burst your bubble, but if the show is getting ready to air, don't you think it is actually already over?? Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. -
You still coming to San Antonio in August?? Might be able to arrange a special show at the DZ Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Hey i was this yesterday and just got my mag last night. Nice pics, and congrats for the publishing. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

LOL, for paid videos, we have another hand signal before breakoff that means that and doesn't adversly affect the video. Thanks for the compliment, i am hoping to get in the rotation by next month.

Well then obviously Hooknswoop should be 'invited' along, he used to train astronauts you know. We wouldn't want to bring unwanted attention to the space program by botching a shuttle jump. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Ok, after a little layoff, i am back working on tandem video/stills. I have adjusted my focal length for tandems and have been working on flying steeper. The TI that i have been working with is also one of my video mentors. You can see him giving me corrections in one pic. (not a paid video, just practice) Here are a few results. Again, any comments and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

The REALLY scary thing, i beat him at Trivial Pursuit 90's edition Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Are you sure you have permission to use that footage?? I am using Roadrunner and it took freakin forever to load. Once it did, nice job editing out all my shitty flying. I never noticed the black circle when watching vids on the tv, not the fact that my still bracket is visible Is that something that happens when you put it on the computer?? Now i need to go watch that on a large screen or something. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Here Slappie, i don't want you falling asleep at work. NSFW Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

I still think you guys are nuts for driving 23 hours to get in some jumps Glad you came out and jumped though. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Unfortunately yes, it is playing over and over in my head. I am glad you are ok brother, i was standing right next to Jason when it happened and saw your yellow helmet and knew exactly who it was. That is when Jen and several others ran out to you. Come out to the dz when you are able and hang out and have a beer. Also, if you need anything, i am in austin quite a bit these days and i can bring you something if needed, call alicia for my # if you need it. Jeff

What type of sitting do you prefer?
Brains replied to Darius11's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
When istarted jumping, our otter had straddle benches. I probably had 200 jumps before i knew there was anything else. I much prefer straddle benches. The only perpindicular bench that is ok is in a skyvan, at least there is room to sit on the floor after 1500 feet Especially when those damn skysurfers are in there, right John Rich? Good for you man, evertime i start to wonder about you, you go and do something nice. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Just aim at his feet, at that wingloading, there won't be much forward drive. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
