    thanks guys. new tps and iacv installed. started it up it was idleing high. thought I'll take it for a test drive and it will warm up and smooth out. after a good 15 mile trip through the country back roads. patting the gas and pumping the brakes to get it to slow up. i pull back up at the house put it park and it idles up to a crazy like 2500 rpms. i pat the gas it doesn't idle down. shut it off. started it right back up it was still crazy high idle. shut it off when in the house and drank a beer. came back out fired it up and after a high idle at start up it idled itself back down to a normal 600 rpm. and now drives fine. I got my fingers crossed that it just had to reset itself. and it's a yah me fix i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response. Naw I wasn't low I'm just such a big guy I look closer than I really am .

    woo is me. looks like i'll be working every weekend of 2010. every damn fri, sat, and sun, night shift too. or i should say every damn weekend with the exception of march 19, 20, and 21 i told em i was taking that weekend off i didn't care if it hairlips the pope. should give me like a 10 day vacation. so i should be able to come early and stay late. I need to get you a check in the mail to reserve a slot on a balloon. it's $90 right spence? i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response.     actually it's my truck. I have a 98 dodge full size ram with the 318 in it. and it has an ongoing problem that it will die if you lift your foot all the way off the gas sometimes! not all the time. it will not do it for a few days then it will do it everytime for a day or two. there is a part on the back of the throttlebody called a idle air control valve. i replaced it about 2 years ago. fixed the problem for a year or more. did it again . replaced a second time. fixed it for maybe 7 months. just replaced it for the 3rd time a month ago now it's doing it again. any help why is it eating idle air control valves? i have on occasion been accused of pulling low .     I'm like 6 foot 3 and 250 lbs. so I'm heaver than you but also taller. we would prob. fall good together but you wouldn't be sorry if you get " the biggest wings" you can find. like dse said you can allways shut them down. but when you need it you need it. trust me i've been jumping camera for years.. i have on occasion been accused of pulling low .     well most of you don't know me but.a few do.. due to a sudden and tragic turn of events I lost my job a few days ago. and no longer will work a schedule that affords me every other weekend off to skydive. I'm blessed enough to be able to find another position but.i will have to work every weekend so my only option would be jumping on tue thru thur. looks like the farm is the only viable option from nashville. so i ask you what's a normal summer time fine weather weekday load count? flying the otter all day? cessna loads all day and a few otter loads in the afternoon? what? i'm just spitballing here..any others out there trapped working every weekend? surely i can't be the only one. guess i could take off on a mon and drive all the way to fla. for a couple of days and drive back on thur night i have on occasion been accused of pulling low .     well you can pop a woman in the mouth. just like you can shoot it out with the cops, rob a bank. what ever. you just have to deal with the repercussions of your actions. if I see you pop a woman in the mouth. I'm gonna pop you in the mouth. been there done it a few times over the years. now 99% of the time the woman instead of thanking her rescuer. will attack said rescuer cussing, and screaming clawing and scratching. "how dare you hit my boyfriend" still don't change the fact if you do it in my presence your gonna get smacked back. i have on occasion been accused of pulling low . My response.     well I'm not there now and I am just guessing. but with this freakish cold snap. I'd lay long odds that there is ice on the swoop ponds right now. surely it would be back to normal in another 10 days or so. at a guess I'd say normal is bonfire weather at night. and mid 50's or so in the daytime. is that about right andy??? i have on occasion been accused of pulling low .
