High....an old friend stopped by to crash on my couch that I hadn't seen in a couple of years. Low.....a couple of hours later said old friend fell and broke a glasstop coffee table ruining a stack of 8*10 and one 16*20 skydiving picture on it Oh well nobody hurt, time for a new table, and re-order my pics from Rantoul Time to call Lewmonst.....

Lemme be an asshole here, and correct that. I may still be the right time to invest. The right time was before this big rise. Though florida, from what I hear, still has great opportunities. I used to vacation in FL alot back in the 90s and had friends that moved down back then. Things were "going off the hook" then too so I don't think it's a short term trend. My friend more than doubled there money after selling there homes in just 4 years.

So I got this call from Sunny & Vallerina and all I can say is BOOZEHAGS those girls are up at summerfest and gettin outta control already. I think Vals may have had the sacrificial first drink waaay earlier in the day and Sunny kept mumbling something about a lost condom and kissing boys???? It seems summerfest is here!

The exact dates and prices are not available yet, but look for it in the north field. From what he tells us it can reach 125-130 mph. Contact Eric for more info. " So the answer is yes
