    I know most of you are going to think this is disgusting, but I grew up dipping Wonder bread. My granddad had a name for it when I was little. Soppums.     No... If someone is negative.. Lets say a bad mood.. Just sorely ticked off. Its not that easy to say " well im just ganna be hunky dory, and everythings ok"... Takes a bit to kick that off. And alot of times people mellow in that. You need to look at the negaitve. Then "go back" and go down the path of positive.

    If you go in the tunnel to work on specifically fall rate, your coach can signal the operator to turn it down, so you can find and work on your range. It has been invaluable for me.     adjust the length of your base leg, and crosswind leg to compensate for different winds. The stronger the wind the further you will travel on your base leg, And the more you will be crabbed on your crosswind leg.
