At that point, it just shifts to a Bbsus4-Bb-Dm progression. For the Bbsus4, just barre an A shape up on the first fret, sharp your second string up a half step (with your pinky) and your good to go. Bring your pinky back down to the A shape for the Bb, and Dm is plain ol' Dm. Would you like to see me fly? goes to an Eb (barred D on the first fret), then back down to the Dm, then shifts key again by going to D(maj) followed by a G. Not terribly funky, just a couple of key changes.
