    We got 2 Himalayan cats. One had a heart murmur. We had to take that cat to Texas A&M to a heart specialist. It needed heart surgery to get a heart valve put in. My wife and 3 girls had a fit when I said it made no since. So we were going to do it but the company that sells the valve would not sell it to us cause it is made for baby's and they only make so many per year. But it would cost between 3 and 6k. I didn't want to do it but would have gotten hell if I didnt do it. BTW that was over 4 years ago and the cat still hasn't had any issue's. A&M said they had never seen an issue like that with a cat Nothing opens like a Deere! You ignorant fool! Checks are for workers!

    if you earn a taxable income you have to pay tax, if your business pays more outgoings than it recieves as income, then you did not earn a taxable income. Do you have a clue of taxation law?     Im in the middle of an audit for 2006. This twit is trying to deny 37,000 on medical that I paid for out of pocket. We have given her receipts but she keeps saying she needs more proof. I thought the flunky's of the world worked for min. wage . The good thing is when my CPA did my '08 taxes she checked the IRS web sight and they hadn't reposted 2 of my quarterly payment. Doesnt sound to good until to consider the fat ass refund I just got in the mail

Texas has (IIRC) either 5 or 6 of the top city economies in the country right now. We have 6 in the top ten and the top 5 are all in Texas.

    Dear John . . . got any sort of proof I've never watched Glenn Beck? I actually do watch him about once a week just to see what the hell he's yammering about. Now, maybe you have some stat or something that says I only watch him on his special "bat shit crazy" day or something, but I tune in fairly randomly and I really think it goes against all odds that I only see him on "bat shit crazy" day and not the days when he's taken his medication. Your accusations of Beck makes it very clear that you either dont watch him or dont pay attention while he is on your TV, so you tell me which one it is. Nothing opens like a Deere!     Could not agree more! Do the Dave Ramsey debt thing before you invest any for you or your kids. Pay off all cars and CC debt first! Then do 401k up to the match then Roth IRA. Traditional IRA's are NOT as good! I would look at college saving's acounts for the kids then when they are of the working age (14) you can contribute what they make at ajob to Roth IRA's for them. You can get all of this on Ramsey's web site. Also if you look on his site he has ELP's (endorsed local providers) (top right of page). I have had great luck with a few of his ELP's. He has them for financial advisors. Check it out. +1 on the Dave Ramsey thing. Also think seriously about going thru this 13 week course called Financial Peace University. What an amazing program. Think about it as everything that your parents should have taught you about handling your financial life but didn't because they didn't know either. Thanks! I should have mentioned FPU.
