As I was going through my 'saved favorite list', I was wondering if any of you have a favorite Artist/Painter? There are two Artists work I enjoy viewing and both are very different in style. I do remember Headbangers Ball! MTV was so much better when it was more MUSIC oriented! I do watch some TV, usually don't see the commercials though, so I haven't seen the Red Bull ad. Yeah, it was originally conceived as a six-book series. The next one will wrap it up. I'm willing to cut this last one a little slack, because it was mostly a setup for the climax that's coming. I hope we don't have to wait another 12 yrs. for it!!!! Whaaaaaa? How come? I liked it fine. It wasn't as good as the fourth one, certainly, but I thought it was pretty darn good. Maybe I was just really hungry after waiting 12 years, though. I wish we didn't have to wait 12 yrs. for that fifth book to come out! I waited patiently for it to be printed. It was a good book, it was kind of 'draggy' though. Skygal3----There are a number of us here on the forum that don't have a lot of jumps. However, we all love skydiving. Reading your post is exactly how I feel--I am always thinking of skydiving--with every plane that flys over, with every aerial view, you name it, we are all addicted to this sport! The fifth one came out recently. I was quite disappointed, to the point where I didn't finish it. I guess my expectations were high because I loved the first four. I know, I read the fifth one too, and was disappointed, but I did finish it. It was a huge book too! Have you read any of the Jean Auel books series starting with Clan of the Bear Cave? I know the movie was really bad but there is 4 books in the series. I thought the books were very good. J -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.

Phreezone--Your post makes a lot of sense and I am going to try to not post "waste of time" stuff. I agree, that alot of posts are a waste of time and I don't look at a lot of them so that is probably why things get 'double posted'.

The teenage granddaughter comes downstairs for her date with this see-through blouse on and no bra. Her grandmother just pitched a fit, telling her not to dare go out like that! The teenager tells her, "Loosen up Grams, these are modern times, you gotta let your rosebuds show!" and out she goes. The next day the teenager comes downstairs and the grandmother is sitting there with no top on. The teenager wants to 'die'. She explains to her grandmother that she has friends coming over and that it is just not appropriate.... The grandmother says, "Loosen up, Sweetie, if you can show off your rosebuds, then I can display my hanging baskets!"
