I totally agree with this!!!!! I would love to hear some original songs by some of these finalists, instead of singing to songs everyone already knows. Actually, I think one of the songs that were sung on the final competition night was an original. Never watched Buffy and the Vampire, and I don't intend to watch it. Now, American Idol, yes I did watch it....the whole series. Some were good, some were not. I really believe the best three made it to the final three. I wanted Clay to win, but Ruben was very good too! When their CD's are released, the charts will tell who is the American Idol. These contestants had a dream and we got to watch them try to achieve that dream. I enjoy listening to a good singer. I just watched it.....so awesome! They mentioned a swooping contest the end of summer at Kapowsin, does anyone know when that will be??? By the way, freeflyguy, which one were you? If 'you want' to jump, then jump. If it makes you more comfortable to do a tandem, I can't imagine a dz not accepting your money to do a tandem. Yes, you have 9 jumps, but if making a tandem is going to make you feel more comfortable, then do one, it might let you know if you want to continue jumping.
